The mom that is always out front is never smiling and always rude. Several times she has taken payments from white people. But when it comes to me she refuses to do it and has her son take my payment instead. I had to pay a $ 50 late fee on the fourth of July. She never told me about their being closed that day and when I went to pay they were closed. Come Monday she said they told everyone, but in reality she didnt. Horrible customer service.
