Groomer Has It is not your average pet salon. We strive to bring our clients a friendly homelike experience when it comes to grooming and caring for your pet. We have three large rooms in our facility which allows you pet to roam and play… Your pet will never be left sitting in a cage for hours with other barking dogs, if you do not want your Pet with other Dogs we have a «Playroom» where they can be confined but not caged. We provide a clean and relaxing home-​style atmosphere for our clients and one on one attention with our four legged and two legged clients from the moment they come in the door till the moment they are picked up.

Before grooming some time is spent with their owners discussing the dog’s personal grooming needs, e.g. their personality, health, life style etc. Our services include:

I love groomer has it! My dog loves to go and play with all the other dogs! They don’t use cages here. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. It’s like a play day for my boy. Everyone is really friendly and they always do a great job on his haircut. I love that he smells like blueberries when I pick him up! Sometimes if you don’t take long haired pups to get groomed for a while, they get really bad knots, that would be cruel and painful to brush out. I appreciate that the groomers educated me about that. That’s why I take my baby every three weeks!

I had a horrible experience at this groomer. I wish i asked around before I went here because three people have mentioned terrible experiences they had and never went back. The staff members were cold and down right rude. I felt uncomfortable as soon as I walked in and started speaking with the woman at the desk. Never in 5 years have I gone to a groomer who refused to brush out my dogs. Instead they shaved them down. Funny thing is they did this same thing to my neighbors dog who barely had any knots. When I questioned the staff about why they wouldn’t brush out the dogs I was told «they can, but they don’t want to.» I would never take my dogs to this place again.

Absolutely shameful how the customers are treated here. My dog was held for more than four hours without even a trim, only a bath. We brought him at 9:30AM and by 1:40PM, nothing had been done but a simple wash. Some people can’t afford to wait hours on end for their dog to have a simple grooming. I could have done that myself and spared myself the aggravation. Trying to get our dog back and be finished, my father called but ended up being shouted at through my sister’s phone. The foul woman who yelled at him then proceeded to hang up, and slam my sister’s phone against the counter. She called my father and idiot and also yelled a slew of profanities at my sister, as well as demanding $ 41 for the wash! Never bring your dog here unless you want someone screaming «f*ck you» in your ear. The owner should really control her employees unless she would like to lose more business.
