The Laramar Group

Laramar Group is a very good company to rent from. Wes who manages is a great communicator and honestly does everything he can to make sure your voice is heard and concerns handled. They have an awesome and extremely friendly maintenance staff that KNOWS what they’re doing. They respond quickly to all maintenance requests.
We would dedinitely rent from them again. They have some of the nicer properties in Denver that dont cost a ton to live in and stay very competitive and fair with the Denver market and keep their units up to date and modern.

Truly, 100%, and without shame; if I could give this company a 0 Star rating, I would.
They purchased my building a few months ago and I have had more issues with this awful company in less than three months than I ever EVER had with any property management company that I have EVER lived with.
They are rude. They do not return your calls (even when you leave a messages explaining that you’re having issues with the website used to pay rent!). They are not knowledgeable about the goings on with their newly acquired properties. On the single occasion an individual actually answered the phone, it was as if they had no idea what they were doing or how to even simply say hello.
When I first learned that my lease would not be renewed because a new company bought the building and was doing a huge renovation (as well as raising the rent by about 80%) I was SO upset at the prospect of having to find a new home.
Let me tell you– I cannot be more excited to get OUT of this building. Personally, I had never heard of Laramar Group before. Having mentioned my troubles to friends in town, it turns out that my experience with these folks is definitely NOT the exception. No one I have spoken to has any respect for the company as a whole, as they have zero respect for their tenants.
IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER POSSIBLE OPTIONS– DO NOT LIVE IN A PROPERTY MANAGED BY LARAMAR GROUP.

Laramar bought our building in September and it’s been nothing but problems.
1. Our security cameras have been taken offline after they told us that employees from the old management company stole the equipment. NOT MY PROBLEM. Get new cameras up.
2. They removed the code to our gate to increase security. DUMB IDEA. Change the code and inform us so we are not inconvenienced. It’s holiday time and FedEx and UPS can’t deliver. Brilliant!
3. I’ve left messages and have spoken to several individuals who have told me they are ‘working’ on a solution. Can it be this hard?
My advice… look elsewhere as they seem to have forgotten the definition of customer service.

I have worked for the Laramar Group over 5 years now and I have enjoyed my time with the company. I moved from Dallas, TX to Denver, CO to accept a position in the corporate office. I couldn’t ask for a better team!
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job in property management and would also recommend any of our properties through out the US. I have lived at 2 different communities within our portfolio and loved them.
