This location is above average, coffee is strong and good, not weak like the others… Service was OK, condiment counter could be kept better!

You have to love a drive through Starbucks and this one is no exception. Service has been fantastic however the location is a bit hard to get in and out of because of the high traffic in that area. You really have to think about how you are going to get in and out of it before you go. The drive through area can cause a bit of a traffic jam unfortunately. So it’s a 5 star for service and friendliness of staff a 1 star for location and ease of access. Not sure what can be done at this point to help. It’s the only SB in the area so I’m sure I’ll be going there again but I do think through how much time I have to get back on the road before stopping. I haven’t been inside yet to check out the workspace so if/when I do I will update my review.

This must be the world’s slowest Starbucks… but then again, they are incredibly busy. Otherwise, I’d say they rank average in terms of the chain. Friendly staff.

As far as Starbucks go, this one is meh… ok I suppose. There isn’t a ton of laptop friendly seating. The wifi was also not very quick. Maybe it was located near the back? We were right near the front door. There are other better S-bux so I doubt we’ll stop in here too many more times. Parking and access is also not very well thought out.

Their wi-fi is so slow that I can’t load simple webpages, and I’m sitting outside because there is somewhat limited indoor seating and it’s full. I wish I went somewhere else. The two stars are for the coffee and service, as nothing is wrong with those.

Only came in for a hot chocolate. The barista knew I was freezing and offered to make my hot chocolate a little hotter. Kudos to him it was great. A simple hot cocoa but tasted better than the other Starbucks I’ve been to.

Friendly and fast service. You know exactly what you can get because it’s like every other Starbucks. If you like Starbucks then you’ll like this place. No problems here.

My coffee was good and had it without cream today. I like it best that way. Also ate a blueberry scone. I prefer maple or pumpkin but there weren’t any today. Company was the best ever. My dear friend from a long time ago and her very sweet granddaughter who I love seeing. We use to meet here often but it got too busy. It was fine this morning except for the loud jets. Not a big deal really. I think we should meet here more often

Thanks to Salted Caramel Mocha’s, I now have a bit of an addiction problem. My morning SCM and slice of pumpkin bread have become dietary staples since late fall. It doesn’t help that this Starbuck’s location is so close to my morning dog walking client; the convenience makes it easy to stop in again and again and again, so often — in fact — that I have earned the Mobile Streaker badge! Enough about me, let’s talk about the store. This location is fairly busy every day, no matter what time I walk in(anywhere from 8a to 9:30a). Service is usually fast and friendly. They remember some customer’s names, so that’s always nice, but considering how often I go in, I’m surprised that they haven’t remembered mine.(I know it sounds like I’m whining, but that personal touch is an effective way to keep customers coming back.) It took two misinterpretations of SCM on my cup to realize I was given an SKM(Skinny Mocha, which is nowhere near as delicious as a Salted Caramel Mocha. For the record, Skinny Mocha’s taste like watered down coffee, that’s all.) The second time that they made me the wrong coffee, the girl called it a Skinny Mocha to my face. Well, of course, I figured she just said the wrong thing. No, she made the wrong thing. I didn’t realize until the drive home and called to let them know of the mistake. They promised a free coffee on my next visit and an additional free beverage coupon, and they did live up to that promise. Overall, it’s an efficient, satisfactory store. Not quite five stars, but they might get there some day.

Brittney, Drew, and Sam ROCK, and the place is always relaxing and welcoming when they’re the ones making the drinks and greeting people. My husband and I love it here.

I am a Starbucks addict. I usually stop at this and another location about 3 – 4 times a week. This particular location has an ordering problem. I am unable to drink milk so I always order my latte with soy milk. I would say 1 out of 2 times they are out of soy milk! I can see this happening on a rare occasion but 1 out of 2 times! It’s so inconvenient because it’s one the way to the I-25 on ramp. Please stop running out of soy milk! Thank you!

It’s convenient and on the way to work. I don’t drink coffee, but they do have the Tazo Zen I like. Tazo teas are fantastic! Free Wifi for customers. Your typical busy Starbucks.

Starbucks — A Haiku Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blahdiggidy Blah Blah Blah Ho Hum its Starbucks That about says it. This is just another Starbucks. Just like all of them. Friendly baristas, free WiFi(for AT&T Customers), Mediocre coffee. If you need a cup and your at this location, go get a Hazelnut at Einsteins next door. Oh, and support your local coffee shop, not these behemoths.

The staff here was super nice and even chatted with me a bit as I grabbed a drink. My only complaint was that the men’s bathroom door knob was broken! What kind of ghetto place is this? I asked the barsita and she told me I needed to try and lift the handle to get in. After 7 failed attempts I barged into the women’s bathroom(fortunately it’s a single use bathroom with a lock on the door knob), but seriously can Starbucks please send a repair man over here to fix the facilities?
