History
Established in 2005.
Founded in October of 2005 by Dr Elizabeth Baker, Spine Center & Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center of Englewood began as a small independent practice. It has since become a leader in Pain Management & Rehabilitation in Northern Jersey and employs 3 physicians who are supported by 12 additional employees.
The practice is composed of three exceptional physicians: Dr. Elizabeth Baker, the founder and a specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pain Medicine, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine; Dr. Kiran Vadada, a specialist in Interventional Spine & Sports Medicine, PM&R, and Sports Medicine; and Dr. Nora Taha, a specialist in Interventional Spine & Musculoskeletal Medicine, PM&R, and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.

Dr. Elizabeth Baker is the founder of Spine Center & Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Baker made a leap to come to the continental US to pursue higher education at Harvard University. After attending Harvard as an undergrad, she studied at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons where she would meet her future husband. She is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pain Medicine, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Aside from managing her own medical practice, Dr. Baker is the Medical Director of Rehabilitation Medicine at Englewood Hospital and remains an Assistant Clinical Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at her Alma Mater, Columbia University. At home she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two sons, traveling, cooking, exercising and reading.
