Ordered a loaf of bread from Yum-​Yums for our restaurant but forgot to p/​u. Called when I remembered, offered to pay for the loaf I forgot (even if they sold it to someone else).They REFUSED to take another order from me! Seriously? All of our other vendors deliver so I just needed to ‘get in the groove’ to make it a regular p/​u. Guess not… Guess they don’t need the money. We would’ve ended up buying a LOT of bread from them.

This wonderfully yummy bakery is off of the main road. It’s in the Big Lots! shopping center that’s tucked away.
You absolutely need to go to this bakery for amazing pastries for breakfast/​brunch. I had a Sugar Donut and the Cherry/​Cheese Danish… OMG! The dough in the donut was super moist and sweet… I would of ate it without anything on it. The Cherry/​Cheese Danish was moist and had a great tangy taste! After eating those two things I went back and had 2 more donuts… so full!
Go to this place if you are vacationing, driving-​through or live here because it’s one of those hidden gems!

A great bakery tucked in the back of a plaza with a Big Lots and a couple other stores along with plenty of empty ones. The location makes this place a hidden gem. They have a wide selection of baked goods. Donuts, pastries, breads and rolls. The staff was friendly and the donuts and bread I ordered were excellent. I look forward to going back to try some of their cakes and pastries which I have heard are excellent.

I found this bakery on another site and dropped by on my way to North Port at about 3pm. It was a slow day and they were about to close. I bought 2 small sourdoughs and a medium peach pie. My daughter made a chicken marsala for dinner and the bread was good accompaniment. But the pie was the big hit. It is full of peach slices, not runny with the crust still crisp, the peach fragrance and taste just filled your mouth. All 5 of us loved it!
They have lots of counter space and bread racks, plenty of choice. Too bad the shopping mall appears to be dying with only 5 – 6 businesses left. But don’t let the empty parking lot deter you from this bakery. They have quality well above Panera and the supermarkets.
