Got my car and the process was ok. I had issues with my gas door and wipers not sitting properly. No one seemed to care. Was told to come and see lot manager and that he would know I was coming. Got there, and he had no clue I was coming or why. Was told he would get back to me… I haven’t heard from anyone. The lack of service and lack of caring for the customer after they get their car sale is disgusting. Not impressed. Also, no one bothered to follow up with me and see how I liked the car I bought. No email, nothing!

Just bought a car from these guys and they were great. They worked with me on the price and threw in tint as a courtesy. I’ll be back if I have any other car buying needs in the future!

This was my first time buying a car. I visited a TON of dealerships, both major and minor, and this is the only one where I felt literally no pressure. There was no «let me talk to my manager» BS or power-​trip game playing (like leaving me waiting in a chair for 10 minutes just to make me anxious). We got the deal done quickly and smoothly. I felt like I was buying a car from someone I already knew.
I worked with Greg, aka «Frenchy», and he was great. Super friendly, very easygoing, and very honest. I’ve gone back to Select a couple of times — the headliner needed to be replaced, which was on my «they owe» paperwork up front, and I had a question about the battery for a key fob, etc — and they’re relaxed and helpful.
Their upholstery guy did mess up my visor when they replaced the headliner, which was really frustrating, but not their fault. When I called them about it and told them how upset I was, they stayed late at the office and immediately got their upholstery guy to do the same so I could come down and have it looked at.
I had a great experience. Car buying doesn’t need to be this stressful, rage-​inducing thing — all that dancing around and game-​playing is the old way of doing things, and I hope more dealerships show up with attitudes like these guys have.

Worst car purchasing experience of my life.
Had to have the AC unit replaced and have the head gaskets replaced before the car even has plates on it. Thank god I bought a warranty. Not to mention, there is a massive title issue and I have had to get extended temporary plates.
Their title clerk however has been very helpful, she is the only one. She’s great. Everyone else there passes me off to the next person or is condescending when I express my frustration.
It’s been frustrating and they simply have not been receptive or sensitive to how inconvenient and expensive this has been. It’s sheer lack of customer service and I’ve felt alone in this entire process. The title issue was not their fault but I had to call them to learn that there was even a problem in the first place. Had I not called, my plates would have just expired and I would have been out of luck. The entire process has bummed me out.
