I have to tell you that as a girl, I feel like in general it’s hard to trust a mechanic. I hardly ever seem to have car issues and when I do my handy husband will usually take care of it. But I recently started having troubles that my husband neither felt he had time for or felt equipped to take care of so I was recommended by a friend to go here and I am not at all disappointed! Rocco is very honest and up-​front about what is going on. He even offered to take me under my car up on the lift so he could show me where exactly the problem was and what needed to be fixed (although I declined on account of the fact that I would have been staring what would have been the equivalent of Latin to me). He printed out a picture of the part he needed to replace, gave me a breakdown of the price, what exactly they would be doing and how much time it would take. It was very reasonably priced, he found the part in town and had it done in just a few hours. My car is working as good as new now and I am so thankful I have found a mechanic I trust and will go back to!
Also, I think it’s important to mention that while I was waiting in the office for him to diagnose my problem the receptionist was extremely nice and I ended up talking to a gentleman who boasted about how he has been taking his trucks and cars to Rocco’s for years and he wouldn’t trust anyone else. He said he had a mechanical background himself and he knows that the work he gets there is quality.
