Established in 2004.

I received my real estate license in 2004. After being burnt by a listing agent in the purchase of our first home I decided I wanted to work on behalf of the consumer. Be in a position that I can protect the consumer so what happened to my family does not happen to my clients.

Before I took the classes & invested in getting my license I did not know the Listing Agent works for the Seller. I thought he was there to help us as well. WRONG! He used what we told him to get a better deal for his seller. We didn’t know we could have hired our own Buyers Agent & that the Listing Agent would pay our agents fee.

Now my analogy is «If you had to go to court, Would you hire your opponents firm to represent you?» No! You would hire your own licensed experienced REALTOR®. That’s me.

Real Estate is individual specific right down to the neighborhood you want to know about. When asked «How’s the market?» I must determine what information you are looking for, is it the national, state, or neighborhood level you want to know about, it makes a big difference.
