History

Established in 2013.

Prior to opening this law firm on the last day of 2013, I was managing bankruptcy attorney for a prominent Denver-area attorney, Sharon Grossenbach. I’ve been fortunate to have helped my clients navigate through around 2,000 chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy cases, and gotten justice (and money damages) for many who were harassed about paying a debt after filing for bankruptcy relief.

Meet the Business Owner

Andrew T.

Business Owner

I want to say first that I really love my job. It’s a joy and a privilege to spend my day helping decent people free themselves of their financial struggles, and all the stress and pain that living with overwhelming debt brings.

Prior to opening this firm, I was the managing attorney for Sharon W. Grossenbach, a prominent Denver-area bankruptcy attorney, and an associate attorney for Ann Allott, a renowned Colorado immigration lawyer. During my years of practice in bankruptcy, I’ve been fortunate to have helped my clients navigate through around 2,000 chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcies, and obtained settlements for many who were illegally harassed to pay a debt after filing. I also love the immigration side of my practice, where I help clients through the complicated maze of immigration and naturalization laws and rules to obtain permanent residency (the «green card»), citizenship, and other immigration benefits.
