Last year when we sold our house the inspection turned up issues with the roof that had been damaged in a hail storm the previous year. Initially, the insurance company was refusing to pay for anything even though the damage was clearly caused by hail damage. Koehn stayed in contact with the insurance company and was able to quickly get them to agree to a full replacement. Knowing we were approaching our closing date, they were able to quickly get us scheduled and the roof replaced.
Would use them again in a heartbeat.

This company were the ones who replaced the roof on my house a few years prior to me buying it. Fast forward to now and uncovering a series of quality issues in how the roof was replaced and now I am in the position of needing to re-​roof and re-​deck my entire house on a 5 year old roof… or perform a $ 5K+ repair…
I called Koehn to try and resolve the issue under the 5 year warranty period (which was still in effect, but they stated non-​transferrable) to only get a $ 7K estimate to fix problems that never should have been there in the first place.
I am currently seeking legal and city coding advice on my ability to get any retribution for the disaster this company has caused.
Stay away… far far far away…

We had lots of problems with this company, including high pressure sales (and after sales), unprofessional situations left and right, and they tried to hit up the insurance company for 50% more than the invoice amount. Shysters.
