Household Appliance Rentals

This was so easy! They were very helpful, you don’t even have to be home to get your appliances delivered. I was out of town for work, but really wanted to be able to do laundry and etc when I returned. They were able to get my key from the leasing office and went into the apartment while I was unable to be there to deliver. They left all the paperwork that I needed, set the washer and dryer where they belong and looks like they did a great job.
On the phone they were very nice and prompt at returning phone calls. I would recommend them for any apartment complex solution!
I love that if there is any sort of problem I can just call up their techs and I won’t have to worry about it!

Decent prices; however, if you’re going to do a residential (non-​apartment complex) lease, they don’t let you know up front that the deposits and delivery charges are doubled. This should really be put up front to thwart confusion.

I am currently renting a washer and dryer from Household Appliance Rentals. My lease at my apartment complex is only for 10 months, but the guy I talked to from Household Appliance Rentals gave me the price of a 12 month lease for the W/​D (which is less expensive than what I should have to pay). For $ 30 a month, I get the W/​D as well as the guarantee that if I have any issues with the appliances, a technician will come and fix them at no charge. They contacted me (as they had said they would) a few days before drop-​off to let me know the time frame during which they would be by my apartment. As for the delivery of the W/​D, I was pleased that the two guys who dropped them off came during — actually, at the beginning of — the time frame they had previously given me (which, in my experience, rarely happens with other companies). They were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and both of the guys were really friendly, especially Mark. They make bill pay really easy as well. I’ve used the W/​D several times and haven’t had any problems. Household Appliance Rentals is definitely a company I would recommend!
