Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins

Not all dunkin donuts are created equal. Unfortunately this dunkin donuts isnt one of the better ones. Dunkin coffee is usually somewhat watery especially compared to starbucks or any other coffee shops. However this dunkin iced coffee tastes like iced tea about 90% of the time. I mean more than the normal watery dunkin, which I dont mind. Ive also had a taste of the strawberry coolata which was normal. Kids really liked it because it was sweet.
The employees are ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. On a good day, you get a friendly employee. On a bad day, you get an employee who wont crack a smile and makes you feel bad for asking for cream packets.
Ive only gone during the day or saturday mornings and the parking usually is great. As long as there is no rush hour on grand. Avoid weekday mornings or anytime they are doing construction on grand because the traffic gets painful.

Can’t do a caramel coolatta for their life. Went to ask if it was the right one and said it was, which clearly it wasn’t. Never coming back here

Just as expected. I was in & out! Couldn’t ask for better. Seem to be family owned & managed which makes the service go smoothly.

Went there for an ice cream cake. When we got home to eat it, it was freezer burnt. I went all the way back to be return it, but worker wouldn’t give a refund.
Very rude employee who has issues.

Oh boy did I have a pleasant surprise today. I was so very tired and wanted a cup of coffee but didn’t have much free time driving from one appointment to another. And then I saw it — grand opening balloons on a we’re open now sign and my car made a quick right turn into the parking lot. Yes folks, it’s a new Dunkin Donuts store and it’s a great one.
Immediately south of Route 4 on Grand Avenue going north is a brand new Dunkin Donuts + Baskin Robbins. They’ve been open just over 2 weeks and I have to tell you that for a brand new place, it runs so smoothly it’s as if they’d been open for years. There are no kinks in this place and the people behind the counter (who were happy to have their picture taken) couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly.
I don’t know about you but nothing picks me up like a cup of coffee during the day and discovering a new Dunkin Donuts in such a convenient location is a find for sure. It has WiFi which is great and the place is immaculate. I can’t say that for every Dunkin I’ve been to but this one sure is.
So here you have it — well run and convenient with really nice people. A great combination in a very convenient location. I was in and out within a few minutes and at my appointment on time in a wide awake refreshed feeling fine mode. This works for me!
