Called, got a machine that recommends i text. I texted, received no reply until the next day when i texted «nevermind, it’s too late now» — then i get a snarky reply. You know, even if you don’t provide a certain service, prompt, courteous responses reflect on you. The opposite does as well.

They quickly got us up and running with a well priced refurbished phone. Took the broken phone in on a trade, helped us switch out phone plans, gave us confidence we could return if there were any problems with their guarantee. There was no pressure, and they were patient and took a lot of time going over the features of the phone we purchased. Definately a preferred experience over the big box stores and corporate stores.

I broke the screen on my run of the mill Mytouch phone. But my contract wasn’t up for another 16 months of course. So I took it here and the man said he would be able to fix it no problem. Handed over my phone and came back the next day. That is when the man informed me that while trying to fix my screen he accidently cut the sound cords for the phone. So he informed me that he would replace my phone all together which I thought was very nice and appropriate for the situation, but it would not be in for a week. He provided me a throw down phone for that week which was also very nice. So I got a replacement phone and paid only the original price for fixing the screen.
Very nice work ethic and will probably be back again when I brake this phone.

These people are great. I connected a phone with them and they were fast and also very nice. Also cheap. I’d go to them again. My charging port for my iphone was messed up and they fixed it for $ 40 dollars in just 30 minutes. I recommend them to everybody! Thanks guys you are awesome.

I broke the LCD display on my iphone4 and was looking for a quick fix. I stopped in and was quickly greeted and helped. The tech said he could fix the screen and it would be about 20 min. He also fixed some additional damage to the phone, free of charge. Great experience, I would definitely go back.
