My specialties are in residential, ranches and acreage, short sales, foreclosures, commercial, vacant land and etc. My Denver Real Estate business has been in business since 1994 operating in Denver and throughout the the Denver Metro Area.

It is always my goal to get the best deals possible. For Sellers it is always my goals to maximize the profits and sell the property FAST and for TOP DOLLAR in any market. For Buyers, it is always my goal to get them the best deal and value on any property. I work with many repeat clients and their referrals. The highest honor of satisfaction is when clients refer me to their family, friends, co-​workers and acquaintances.

History

Established in 1994.

My business as a Denver Real Estate Broker was established in 1994. I worked with Sellers and Buyers since its establishment. In 1994, I specialized in Non-​Qualifying Assumptions and Owner Carry Transactions, in addition to regular transactions.

As 2000 approached, the Denver Real Estate Market changed and even though it is perceived the Denver Real Estate Market crashed at approximately 2008 +/​-​. My first Denver Short Sale was completed in 2001. I assisted a number of Denver Homeowners with their Denver Short Sales from 2001 to present. I was at the forefront of Denver Short Sales, became an expert in negotiating and preventing Denver Homeowners from foreclosure. Many Realtors reached out to me for guidance or how to salvage their transactions from foreclosure.

Todays Denver Real Estate Market is evolving again. It’s important to remain in the forefront and adapt to any market changes. Technology, social media, drones and other resources are at our disposal. They must be utilized.

I was born and raised in Indiana and grew up in an Amish Community. I lived the Amish Lifestyle until age 23 and left the community. I went back to school and completed my GED and then attended Purdue University.

At Purdue University, I studied Landscape Architecture and Horticulture as a minor. I received my Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Degree in 1987. I practiced Landscape Architecture In Florida from 1987 to 1989. Projects ranged from a professional ball field complex in Port St. Lucie, Causeway Park to Cape Canaveral, Miami Courtyard and etc. I moved to Colorado in 1989 and continued practicing Landscape Architecture until 1994.

In 1994, I went to Jones Real Estate College and received my Denver Real Estate Brokerage License. I have been assisting Sellers and Buyers ever since. It is always my goal to make every Real Estate Transaction so smoothly that every Seller and/​or Buyer wants to refer me to their family, friends, co-​workers and acquaintances.
