Christian Used Books

Solid traditional book store that specializes in exactly what’s on the storefront.
Its only flaw is a lack of manpower.
Parking is also tricky — in the back.
The location is not a hi-​foot traffic type store, it’s more of a mini depot where you can find or order hard to get titles or anything classified as a Classic.
If you enter expecting to play Stump-​The-​Christian in a metaphysical debate, *expect a butt kicking.
*[The modern relevance of Baptisms will bring up a subject that resulted in the owner being asked to leave area churches for unBiblical teachings. His brother in law pastors Harvest Fellowship in Brighton CO, which teaches against baptism and facilitates divorce.]
If you stay off this subject, at face-​value, this is the type of bookstore we lost when Barnes & Noble decided to compete with gourmet coffee shops.

Places like this don’t exist anymore – a huge selection of really quality books – commentaries, theology, devotional, etc. the owner was super friendly and helpful. Wish I lived here – I’d fill my shelves from this place

Really big inside, though a little difficult to find from the street. Lots of different books, even a really cheap section. Loved the selection of homeschooling materials. Extensive selection of theology — will definitely be back to explore that. Easier to find things when you know what you’re looking for, rather than just browsing — so much to see, it can be a little overwhelming.

Yup you guessed it, I’m a Christian. Now go ahead and try to wrap your head around the fact that I’ve reviewed strip clubs and liquor stores. Now judge me based on said reviews.

I’ve reviewed plenty of non-​Christian/​sinner places (never said I was perfect) so I might as well review this place too.
I like to read no matter the topic so the idea of a bookstore is cool to me no matter the specialty. Obviously there’s all kinds of books focused on Christianity and every imaginable topic that could stem from it. On the day I visited I was on the hunt for a children’s bible for my 6 year old. Found that, no problem and it only cost a few bucks.
There’s a small world religions section as well as an interesting section devoted to things you may not expect to find in a Christian bookstore. Things like demons, masonry and cults.
I looked and looked in the demon section to see if there was like some old crusty exorcism book complete with instructions. I figured that would be a cool find, no luck though maybe next time.
So basically this store is worth a visit no matter your religious preference or lack of for that matter. Prices are good, and the merchandise is interesting and thorough.
