Cherry Creek Mortgage Company is a large multi-​state broker, with seemingly independent individual brokers operating under the banner of CCMC. While I can’t speak to the experiences of others working with other branches/​franchises, I can say that working with Lori Richardson and her team was a total pleasure. She made the whole process easy for my wife and I (first time homebuyers) and made us feel both at ease, and prepared for what we were getting ourselves into. She was not pushy, she helped us figure out what was right for our situation, and didn’t try once to convince us to take on more than we could handle. All in all the process was as painless as a process can be where you have to sign your name on a hundred different lines and initial twice as many ;) I would highly recommend giving Lori a call if you are looking for a mortgage, or even just have questions about how it all works. She takes the time to really care and make you feel like you are her only client.
