Agree with Alexander, at first, may seem like a regular bank, but start talkin to the staff, and you’ll see that they’re really friendly and upbeat. Not that I love institutions or anything, but this Chase has warm and inviting atmosphere.

Chase owns me in every financial aspect possible, and I would transfer everything that I hold in their name to a local credit union if it wasn’t for one thing, this branch. This Chase bank sits at the base of the big Chase tower in Englewood, and despite its prominent location it is rarely crowded or super busy. Walking in you wouldn’t notice anything different, but spend some time here and you will see why it is special, its the people. Everyone there is amazingly competent about their job, but yet don’t make you feel like the little boy in Marry Poppins with his Tuppence. I even accidentally overdrew on my account once, and they refunded it! Karen, one of the front desk people, not only has a great sense of humor, but also is great at answering your questions or finding someone who can. Trent is also someone to look for, especially if you are going in to set up a new account. He knows just what is right for you and always lets you know where the good deals are at. So, if you are looking for a bit of humanity in a sea of corporate machinery, as well as a delicious Chipotle next door, look no further than here.
