My wife and I moved to Denver from So Cal a little over a year ago. After renting for a year, some friends recommended Charlie to check out the prospect of buying. Charlie was very knowledgeable of all of the options available to us and patient in explaining each one, even to a novice like me! He was available to us every time we had a question or concern and worked non-​stop (I really mean that) until our loan finally closed. We’re now happy home owners in Colorado thanks to Charlie. I highly recommend him!

Charlie was very helpful with our loan. He had a lot of good information and provided different options and the pros and cons of each one. He provided a few ideas on how we could boost our credit scores to get a lower rate which saved us a bit of money. He was very responsive with any questions that we had.
