I have been a State Farm customer for more than 10 years. When I relocated to Colorado I found an agent that was close to where I was living and opened my renters coverage with them. After explaining I have two cars covered with them and a house covered with State Farm I wanted them to know I was not a brand new customer to State Farm. I then later purchased a motorcycle and added that to my policy. When they added it to my policy they gave me a rate that did not reflect me being a current customer. Unfortunately I did not learn of this till I moved all of my policy’s to a new agent that I am now paying half for the same motorcycle coverage since I moved it to an agent that knows how to take care of their customers. I would recommend State Farm just not this agent. It looks like they need to learn how take better care of there customers.
