We have used them for both of our cars and we were very impressed with how they went above and beyond to make sure our vehicles came back to us in perfect condition. They work directly with our insurance company as well as the rental car companies, which made it so very easy to just drop them off and pick them up, no hassles. Raul, the manager, is extremely patient and nice and very accommodating, we highly recommend them!

I have used this company twice for collision repairs and they are fantastic! JD is always a pleasure to work with and they work with most insurance companies. They are honest and reliable and do great auto body work. I will continue bringing my car here (even though it is across town for me). Worth the drive for me for a good auto body shop.

My car was hit by hail June 2014. I went to one shop for an estimate and they gave me the run around. I called Auto Body and Paint on Broadway bc it’s close to my house. They were easy and clear on everything, Arranged a car for me via Hertz and did the job for me in 3 days, on budget. The other place said the job would take 10 days. It’s clean and very business like. Great experience for the first time at an auto body business.

I was so impressed with the service I received here! I was calling down the list of repair shops my insurance company gave me and most places were booking 1 – 2 months out. I called here and they were able to take me that same day! The body work needed was done very well and the manager JD was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make my experience with the company a great one!

I was rear-​ended and needed minor repairs to my bummer and trunk. The insurance company provided me with three auto body shops to contact in my neighborhood; I mistakenly took my car to Auto Body Paint and Collision Center. They had my car for over three weeks and did not provide me with updates; I had to contact them to find out why it was taking so long. Within a few days of getting my car back, I had issues with the battery. (They had to disconnect the battery in order to repair the rear tail-​lights and complete the welding.) Although this could have been coincidental, the car was completely driveable prior to the repairs and had not had any issues with the car during the last three years of my ownership. The owner of the shop replaced the battery without charging me. My overall experience with this auto shop was not favorable and I would not recommend taking your vehicle there.
