Established in 1977.

Dermatologist Dr. Richard Asarch is the founder of the Denver-​based Asarch Center for Dermatology and Laser and its accompanying state-​of-​the-​art DermaSpa, the first medical spa in Colorado. The Asarch Center and DermaSpa are directly across the hall from each other, giving patients instant access when medical and cosmetic dermatological issues intertwine. Dr. Asarch has spent 35 years in practice evaluating and adopting the latest advances in cosmetic dermatology and is an authority on skin cancer having successfully performed over 30,000 Mohs Surgeries.

Dr. Richard Asarch heads the Asarch Center for Dermatology and Laser in Denver, CO, its accompanying state-​of-​the-​art DermaSpa and is an Associate Clinical Professor for the Dept. of Dermatology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. As one of America’s top medical doctors, Dr. Asarch has spent 35 years in practice evaluating and adopting the latest advances in cosmetic dermatology. His experience and continued dedication to skin wellness led to the creation of DermaSpaRx, a comprehensive line of products designed to meet the needs of individual skin types.

An innovator in skin health, Dr. Asarch published his first book, «Turn Back Your Face Years» after studying the aging process of patients’ skin over decades. His theories on how skin ages and how that process could be remedied include dietary aspects he has addressed in his second book, «Beautiful Skin Diet» –recipes with ingredients that promote healthier skin.
