AMLI at Inverness

I do not live here, but I almost rented a place, went through all the paperwork and paid the deposit. OF COURSE, I find out being transferred yet again the next day. Popped over to the office, talked to agent, I wrote a quick note that I was within the «change my mind» period and was requesting my deposit back and was promptly refunded (well 48 hours for the card to process) all but the 50.00 fee. Just like they stated they would do when I was concerned about securing the apartment I was interested in. I have to tell you, this is not a common thing in Colorado right now, I read over and over where people claim deposits were held in spite of promises to the contrary.
Thank you, I still wish I could rent there, the apartment was just what I wanted, the amenities were good, only down side was the rent, but everyone here is crazy over priced these days and they were only a little over priced when compared to other places.

AMLI is by far my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. I loved at AMLI for 4 years and absolutely loved it. The staff is so helpful, accommodating, and flexible, and the maintenance crew blew me away! I submitted orders and they would be completed by the time I got home from work! I lived in two different apartments while at AMLI and loved the layout of both. Such a great community to be a part of!

If you want to be able to even walk around your apartment without getting a noise complaint you probably shouldn’t live here. We have gotten numerous noise complaints… just a few were for swiffering my kitchen, my 28lb dog running around the living room and for watching a movie (apparently too loud.) It’s a joke.
We also had the cops called on us (from the apartment security) for apparently being too loud, when again. we were sitting there watching a movie… laughing and joking around. The cops (4 of them) asked me step out of my own apartment because they thought I was in danger. (I live with my boyfriend who is black and our friend who also happens to be black.) I felt very uncomfortable and now feel very judged and targeted around the main office staff. That whole situation could have been handled so differently from the apartment complex.
The walls are thin and we hear other people’s dogs barking all day, people running around upstairs and their conversations and we never complain. It’s an apartment complex… live on the top floor if you don’t want to hear people walking around above you. I feel very judged and picked on here. Only plus is the location and 1 person from the front office (Dave) and 1 person from maintenance (don’t know his name, wish I did).

I live here for 2 years. Nice room nice service and nice location. I love to be here, the management is awesome. Thank you to give my home sweet home

Hello again, I’m writing another review because I have never lived in such a people pleasing community. I have been here now for almost 2 months and have been treated so awesome by the Staff. For starters Dave in the front office is so very kind and helpful, whenever I need anything with the apartment or any info he has gone out of his way to help me, Brian is great also. I also had a few minor maintenance issues and they all have been resolved so fast. These guys know what they are doing and it shows. They seem genuinely happy to help not «put out» like other communities are when you need something. I had put in a request for some help hanging a mirror recently and Randy came up and was so kind and professional he measured and was meticulous when hanging it, Jeff was awesome as well. What a great group of people, I’m very happy to live in such a hardworking, caring community.

EDIT: I decided to change this rating from a 2 to a 1 when I received a letter from a lawyer telling me my account had been sent to collections over my final move out balance (around $ 70 for final utilities) 2 days AFTER my check for the balance had cleared my account — and over a week after they confirmed they’d received my check. Now I get to sort out AMLI’s clerical error and hope it hasn’t marred my credit.
DON’T RENT HERE.

AMLI is incredible when it comes to addressing service requests! Couldn’t ask for better service… Now if they just build a dog run, then this place would be a utopia!

I’ve lived here for about 5 months now and so far it’s been alright. The amenities are nice and it’s quiet. The walls are pretty thin and you can easily hear what your neighbors are listening to. I expected this moving in, it’s an apartment after all. I’m mostly disappointed in the experience I had today when I needed to pay my bill online, I haven’t had any problems paying my bill online since I moved in but this month I needed to use 2 separate bank accounts to pay rent. It appears as if this is possible online when I’m logged into the portal there’s an option to add an additional account to do partial payments, however, when I called the front desk to ask for help, Shelly Myers (the manager) seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, she told me «you will just have to look around and see if there’s an option to do that, if not I don’t know». I asked to speak with someone who was familiar with the site and she said that no one could help me till Monday and said «but then it will be too late»… But she certainly was able to refer me to a place where I could pay my rent with a $ 24.95 service fee… I also have a neighbor and he told me that the leasing department never even told him he could pay his rent online for free… So for the past few months he’s been using the site they told him about and paying the $ 24.95. :(

Almost a year and almost moving out but Amli is being the best of the best. From staff to everything. Very clean facilities, amezing amenities, very secure, the most courageous staff and great spacious units. I will never make a move if I was need it of this big space because Amli makes me feel like home. People so kind and I always found a kind smile.

I love AMLI at Inverness. Recently we moved out because we needed more space but I will miss AMLI at Inverness. I lived there for over 1 year. The maintenance crew is very nice and prompt. The leasing agents are all very caring and understanding. The fact that people still choose to smoke around the community makes me sad since it is a smoke– free environment but that’s just people being rude. The property is always kept clean and I really enjoyed living there. It’s very easy to pay rent online. Just all around good place to live.

I have lived at the AMLI @ Inverness since March 1^st and I have been very impressed with the staff, complex, and amenities. I have had to require service to the apartment a couple of times and the staff responded very promptly, they were very friendly and resolved the issue instantly. The office staff is very friendly (Sam is the best!) and very courteous, always willing to assist with anything that we need. I was a bit Leary about living in an apartment again after having owned my own house for a while, but I have no regrets at all about moving into AMLI @ Inverness, I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Mostly quite apartment complex with newer modern look for kitchen décor. Pool is often crowded on weekends, and don’t bring the kids out at night to the pool!
Most negative thing about this place though is the snow removal, or LACK OF SNOW REMOVAL! I am just amazed that in Denver (one of the top 20 snowiest cities in the country) that this apartment complex can’t get their act together to remove the snow. The parking lot is an ice rink. Take today for example; it has been a week since the last snow, and while everywhere else in the city has clear parking lot, ours is still ice covered and a slip and fall hazard. I’ve had to repeatedly call just to get the sidewalks cleared.
The trash/​recycling are on the other side of the complex and it is literally a «take your life in your hands» risk to try and carry the bags outside over ice covered sidewalks and a parking lot that is better skating than some ice rinks I’ve been to!
Come on AMLI, you can do better!
