History
Established in 2004.
Safflowers opened in February 2004 just before Valentine’s day and has been busy ever since. We opened as a traditional neighborhood florist but with a creative edge offering both contemporary and traditional design aesthetics. We are located in what was know as the old Silver-ray building on route 4 in Enfield. After opening, the other rental spaces in the building were filled by Lake Sunapee Bank, then Vanessa Stone Realty and the Hair Salon of Enfield. We have 2 great part-time employees and wonderful extra help during the Holidays and other busy times. In 2012 we incorporated and industry specific POS system and are able to offer our customers quick order placement, courtesy reminders, order history reference among other technical tools. We are committed to the local neighborhood florist model and support local non-profit fundraising events.
