Im not typically one for writing bad reviews as i know things happen, and typically places that deliver are working hard. BUT this was far beyond the normal wait. We waited 2 hrs to get 2 small pizzas delivered to our home. At about an hour and 30 minutes in we called to inquire about out order and were fed with some what snide responces of we only have 1 driver he’s doing the best he can. Making us feel like it was our fault. We have 2 young children at home and probably wouldn’t have been understanding of the slow service had they just communicated with us. We would have fed our kids something else and just waited. This will most likely be my first and last order from Brunos. Its unfortunate because they have a very unique and fun menu.

Pizza and the food. Not that good at all. Save your money. Or go some where else. My pizza was dry and hamburg tasted like little rocks. No buy food here no more.

I’ve given this place a few tries and I have to say that I find their produce to be mediocre at best. Tonight I ordered a large«well-done» pepperoni pie and it came quickly to my door. I found the product itself to be rather dull… the entire pizza tasted cheap, like someone took an Ellio’s pizza and shaped it into a circle and tossed some cheap tasting pepperoni on to it. The only reason for the third star was that I felt that the people were very nice and the delivery was quick.

I travel a lot for work, and I had Bruno’s when I was in town! They have an amazing pizza. It was delicious! They also had a coupon for a large pizza, garlic bread and wings for 20 bucks. The pizza alone was worth it! I will definitely be back.

I had again a very very good pizza i only eat pizza from here. Never get a bad pizza. When you want a good pizza this is the place. Even the crust is tasty not like a cardboard box. When i need to order a pizza this is it for me. Never eat much pizza but when i do i live a good one. And that is what i got. Thanks

Full disclosure, growing up there was a Bruno’s in Amherst I LOVED! And they delivered in those pre-driving days! So I have to admit, the name made me nostalgic. I’ve enjoyed Bruno’s twice. Once when it was delivered to a friends house in Longmeadow and once when I was driving home and stopped in to feed the fam. Have to say, enjoyed both occasions. Pizza: Quality pizza, plenty of cheese and toppings. Crust was tasty, standard. It did not disappoint my family when I brought it home. My daughter really enjoyed the quesadilla as well. Service: Very friendly and attentive. Value: Standard for the area. Note: Not really a eat-in place. They do have two booths though. Nice for a quick meal with the kids. Would recommend giving them a shot.
