Friendly, helpful food prepares and reasonably priced. I go here because it is convenient only. The food is average. The employees get 3 or 4 stars. The grilled food really does all taste the same. And the salads tend to be soggy. But I do enjoy their deli sandwiches. Hope this helps.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. They have a pretty diverse menu. Their specials of the day are great. Staff is cool and friendly. Their tea selection(both hot and iced) is awesome. I’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place.

Lots of choices and fast service! I come to Trimana several times a month for quick lunches. The menu selection is pretty diverse, with pasta, sandwich, hot entrees, made to order salad and burgers. I would rate the food as OK but not great. The service is fast and staff is very friendly. As for prices, the sandwiches run about $ 7.5 and entrees about $ 10(comes with drink). The café is at a convenient location inside a nice office building and it is perfect for local office workers to grab a quick lunch. For even faster service, call to order through phone ahead of time and pick up at the café.

I’m not normally one to review businesses but this is the third time in a row that Trimana has irritated me when I call. The first time, I was told by Joseph(the owner) on the phone to hurry up with giving him my credit card number because he was busy. The next time, I was told that 1pm is too late to request delivery. All of that is fine and dandy if that’s how he wants to run his business. Today I tried to place a delivery order over the phone and Joseph said that there was no delivery service today because two of his employees didn’t show up to work. Being that I have had a retail job in the past, I understood and decided to go grab a sandwich at Subway, instead. Imagine my surprise when I get back to my office and I’m sharing the elevator with the Trimana delivery guy. I don’t know what is wrong with Joseph but he is(to avoid expletives) THEWORST. The two people that deliver food are perfectly personable, nice and deliver quickly. My office orders food there often but I have to say this is quite enough from an establishment that makes mediocre food, at best(if at all).

It’s more of a fast food place, not your high quality food but definitely fulfilling if your in a rush. Customer service is great!

I’d say 3.5 stars. It’s basically a café/cafeteria inside an office building. You don’t come here unless you are in the office and need something convenient, but it’s solid for what it is. You get a reasonable selection, and it’s basically good for convenience. I get breakfast here several times a week and it’s solid. You won’t be wishing you spent your money elsewhere given your options around here. Put it this way… you could do A LOT worse, and not much better around this area unless you wanted to get in your car and drive. The service is friendly, too.

Don’t go here expecting fancy food, location or people. The food quality is that of a lunch truck, the normal old school kind, not these fancy food trucks today. But if you know that and are ok with it then it’s really not bad. The service is ok. The location is in an office building on the lobby floor to the left side. I enjoy this place because they have a wide variety from Mexican food to hamburgers and other hot grilled sandwiches to other grill items to a deli counter with great salads and sandwiches. They even have breakfast and the mocha coffee type drinks are actually pretty good. The portions are generous. And prices are fair. I go about once a week since I work in the same building and it’s convenient. Would I go as often if I had to walk a block or more, probably not.

This review is based on their customer service… I tried to order 3 times and the people were so rude, when I asked about the pasta they ignored me. SORUDE!!!

First off let’s start off by saying this place has the worst customer service! The owner or Iranian man who works there has the worst attitude in the world!!! I actually work for a company that is in the same building and I use to buy breakfast all the time. I always bought a ham & cheese platter omelette and when I got it I saw a cheese omelette with a line of ham Laying over it. I called to ask how they make the omelette again and the owner actually admitted to me that my meal was made incorrectly and I then asked if I could have it made again since he admitted that it was made incorrectly and he stated he couldn’t do that. Now most ppl now that when ppl make your food incorrectly u can complain and they will fix it no problem. Well I went to Trimana to honestly jut ask for my money back and was treated so rudely it’s not even funny! The owner pull me out of line and rudely asked me what the problem was whether the ham is inside the omelette or not. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. The fact that he took the food forms my hands and threw my money back in my face was totally uncalled for. Let me tell the LADIES something if I was you I wouldn’t waste my hard earned money or time to even step foot in that piece of SHIT place called a café!!! I’ve talked to some other ladies who order there and he has the same attitude with every single women who orders from there! In my opinion this place is the biggest fucking RIPOFFINTHEWORLD!!!’

Rather go hungry than eat their pathetic food. They should be ashamed. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother.

I gave 2 stars because the workers behind the counters are great and the food is decent. The man who runs the business can’t decide on a price over the years and continues to raise prices on a whim. I have worked in the building for 15 years and when I feel I need to be robbed, I will go down there for food. I am not sure why people think $ 5 is okay for an egg salad sandwich, but you are really crazy.

While the place is not great it has become part of our lunch rotation. I guess the location of the restaurant makes it an important part of that however there’s a clean place to seat, the guys behind the counter are a great bunch and accommodate your requests. Six daily specials under 10 bux all in? For lunch that’s great

The food is actually pretty good, but the service from the Owner/Manager is absolutely horrible. They keep charging different prices and when you bring it to the Owner’s/Managers attention he starts arguing with you. Extremely rude. Not worth the convenience. I am absolutely upset of the fact that the Owner decides to argue that their prices are not consistent… It up to you if you want to shop, eat there.

The food is okay. They have lunch specials that are pretty decent considering it costs under $ 10. The owner and the cooks are very nice and will pretty much make whatever you want them. My only issue with this place, though, is that I have found strands of hair in my food on at least 2 occasions. After the 2nd time, I stopped going.

Decent place for lunch. Joseph, the owner and his staff are very friendly. While I would not make a special trip, there are not many choices in this part of the Valley. I probably go there once or twice a week. Prices and serving size are fair.

I won’t say nuthin’ bad about Trimana because the place has saved my life on a number of occasions. 1) Forgot to bring a snack for the three hour meeting – bagels from Trimana. 2) Lapsing into a coma from afternoon number crunching – Monster drink from Trimana. 3) Crap! Out of cash and somebody is collecting for the lotto pool – ATM in Trimana. 4) Need a place to hide out for an hour – secluded corner table in Trimana. 5) Need an Advil or my head will explode – they have ‘em at Trimana. Sure, it’s not fancy, but they’ve never let me down in a pinch. Thanks!

This place is only in business because there is nowhere else convenient to eat. It has such potential, but the strategy of the owners appears to be cutting quality and raising prices thinking customers won’t notice the poor value. All of the ingredients are so bad, watered down, and flavorless that there’s not much that can be done with it. I frequently will buy something and not finish it because it’s so gross. Making food at home is a pain, and half of gets thrown away from spoilage, but it looks like my choice in the matter is narrowing.

The ingredients for most of the food is very sub-par. The cooks know what they are doing but no matter how good at cooking they are that doesn’t make the chicken not dry or the pasta very bleh. Rogelio behind the grill is really friendly. I still do go here a lot though because it’s in the same building I work in, otherwise I wouldn’t go there. There are a few good things though. The carnitas tacos are worth mentioning, and their sandwiches and wraps are alright.

so. their burgers are OK. I heard Carnitas are good. Salads are decent and large, although I normally ask for the dressing on the side so they don’t overdress it. But soups are another story. Their everyday chicken soup is too salty, and the chicken strips tastes and feels like frozen chicken. The veggie soup lacks well. veggies. Their wraps, I had somekind of chicken salad wrap and the tortilla was so old that it’s all dried up and cracking as he’s wraping it. Their breakfast burrito lacked fillings, I thought. I like my burrito bursting with fillings. :-) If not for the fact that it’s in my building, I probably wouldn’t go here for«fresh» food.
