Never got a chance to use them because they couldn’t bother to return my call or email. They only corresponded via text message which is totally unprofessional. Won’t ever use them.

I hired the Mixer Company for my 50^th Birthday Party in October. I had never hired a bartender for a party before but after reading the reviews, I thought it would add a great touch to my party and I was right. I couldn’t be happier with their service. It was top rate all the way around. It was much more affordable than I had anticipated. Well worth the cost. Bridgette contacted me immediately and the communication continued right to the day of my party. She saved me money by helping me select a drink menu; we went with a Martini Bar. She gave me a shopping list and she was spot on with how much alcohol I needed to purchase. She arrived on time, set-​up (she even recommended moving her location because I set her up too close to our pool and she was right). Her drinks tasted amazing, my guests are still talking about her Martini’s. She made up a beautiful drink menu and even named a drink after me. We will absolutely be hiring the Mixer Company for our next event and highly recommend them.

The Mixer Company is absolutely fantastic! We have already used them twice and will continue to use them for every party we throw. Their service is flawless! Bridget makes the process so easy. Isaak was a hit as our bartender and Kathleen was an amazing server. Our guests were amazed how friendly, quick and professional they were.

Outstanding!!! Bridget and her team were phenomenal. We hired them to both tend bar and to serve and they were not only very competent, but efficient and pleasant to work with. Bridget sent the list of items needed and I was concerned it wouldn’t be enough, but it was more than enough — this lady knows her business! And, I didn’t end up with a lot of unused purchases. I would not only hire them again in a minute, but I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Terrific experience!

You must hire the mixing company if you need a bartender! Bridget is great! She responded immediately with a phone call when I reached out to her. She will send you a drink selection with over 30 drinks to choose from — then she will send you a detailed shopping list once you pick the drinks you want served at your party
She also makes you beautiful framed drink menus for the bar and provides some mixes and cups — its all included in the price!
Bridget’s drinks are incredible — one of my guest said that was one of the best Margaritas she’s ever had! I had children running around my party and Bridget was making them a special fruity punch drink — no alcohol of course.
With that said — you need to hire her ASAP!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about the Mixer Company (and especially about Bridget)! If you are at all on the fence about hiring a bartender for your next event, I highly recommend you hire the Mixer Company (and beg for Bridget)! You will not regret it! It is so worth it!
I had the pleasure of working with Bridget for my husband’s 40^th birthday, and it was one of he best decisions I made for the party! She was exceptional!
Communication: As other reviews point out, from the outset, it was so easy to communicate with her. She was very responsive, and she was also very good about following up with me (when I slacked) to make sure we stayed on track.
Drink Menu: Bridget helped me choose a great drink menu for the party! She sent me a list of drink ideas. I had no clue what to choose, and she really helped me narrow down the menu. She also came up with great names for the drinks, and she prepared a framed menu for the bar. Everything she selected was amazing! Some were basic drinks that anyone would enjoy (vodka with orange juice and cranberry juice, and a fruit smoothie with vodka) and others were very unique (including a vodka drink with muddled raspberries and rosemary — AMAZING! and she made fresh watermelon lemonade to be mixed with a choice of vodka or whiskey). Everyone at the party raved about the drinks! Some guests were excited to make their way down the menu to try each one, and they confirmed all of the drinks were fantastic! She even made non-​alcoholic versions of the drinks for our guests who didn’t drink, and those were amazing as well!
Shopping List: Bridget provided me with a shopping list of the items I would need to purchase. She also provided ice delivery for an extra charge (which was worth it for me because it was a very hot day, and I didn’t want to have to run out and get 6 bags of ice right before the party started). I have a tendency to overbuy for parties because I worry I will run out. I should have stuck more to Bridget’s list because it was more than enough! She knew exactly what she needed. Trust her!
The Bar: Bridget brought her own bar and linens, and she also brought garnishes, her own homemade sour mix, and watermelon lemonade. She also brought buckets with ice to keep the drinks cool. I am very critical of presentation, and her’s was top notch! She did an amazing job, and it saved me a lot of work since I didn’t have to set up any of it!
Bridget: Our guests not only loved the drinks, they loved Bridget! She was very personable. She remembered guests and what they had been drinking. She accommodated everyone’s special requests. We had a lot of pregnant and non-​drinking guests, and she made them special drinks so that they didn’t just have to order a soda or juice (that tasted amazing!!!). She even named some of her concoctions after guests, which made them feel special. You just don’t see amazing service like this everyday. Bridget is a natural, and she has found her calling!
Professionalism: She was very professional. Even when I was running around frantically before the party trying to get everything in order, she remained kind, calm, and focused. I don’t know what I would have done without her!
This was the first time I have ever hired a bartender. I wasn’t sure if I should do it, but I am so glad I did! It really made the party to have Bridget there! And I am very thankful to all those on Unilocal who took the time to write great reviews about Bridget! I’m not sure I can throw another party without her :)

the mixer company was a great addition to our wedding. communication with them was easy; we emailed back and forth a few times. i paid via check the day of the event; i didn’t have to make a deposit, which was both relieving and nerve-​racking (what if they were a no-​show). but i had no problem. the day of my wedding was a whirlwind, and they were no problem. they were set up on time and ready to serve our 120 guests. break down and clean up looked quick (i had to do nothing!). they even made great displays and just worked with whatever liquor we provided them with. they even brought disposable shot glasses (which i didn’t even ask for!). they really were excellent (from the bride’s perspective).
i didn’t get to visit the bar much, but my guests seemed pleased, even my dad who they cut off. i jokingly mentioned it to them, and i guess they took it seriously, but at least he got home safely!
all in all, worth the hire if you are looking for a bar service for your event, big or small!

Top notch service, very reasonable pricing and great presentation. Bridget is extremely professional, gave us great guidance on how best to set up the bar in our backyard party and made the whole process very easy from creating a menu & providing a shopping list to set up & clean up. They even helped clean up food plates from our guests! Highly recommend Bridget for any event!

Bridget did an awesome job helping me host a cocktail party at my place for about 40 people. She helped me outline a drink menu specializing around a pan-​asian theme (lychee martinis), provided me with a list of beverages to buy, and printed out a bar menu for the night of event. She also came early to setup and cleaned up everything in the kitchen area afterwards. She was a huge help in making my party a success!

We hired The Mixer Company for our housewarming party last weekend. I can not stress how great Bridget was.
Her communication was amazing. We emailed so many times prior to the event to finalize the menu. She was extremely helpful with menu selections and even sent over a shopping list to ensure we do not over spend.
The day of the event, she arrive early to set up so she was ready once guests arrived. Unexpectedly, she set up the bar table with not only printed menus (which we discussed) but also nicely displayed the beers available, mini candles and a photo that we had in the kitchen. I thought it was soooo cute and everyone thought it looked really nice.
She brought extra trashcans, ice coolers & all the necessary bar equipment. You would think everyone does this, but trust me… they dont. I called around to a lot of companies prior to hiring Bridget and they all expect you to have the ice coolers and can care less about trashcans.
She was extremely professional. She even picked up bottles and empty cups that people left around. She was always working, never sat down.
I received sooo many compliments from our guests. They wanted her information to hire her for any upcoming event. She was so nice to everyone including the kids! She made non-​alcoholic drinks for them all night.
I am so glad we went with the mixer company and I will hire them for every party we throw. It is by far worth it and I cant say enough how awesome Bridget is. I am a customer for life.

Words can’t fully express the appreciation for the services provided by The Mixer Company. I was on the search for bartending services for my father’s retirement party. In researching different companies, the Mixer Company stood out, on top in both professionalism and prompt customer service. Bridget communicated with me in detail the process of what and how much alcohol to purchase, what mixers to purchase, and anything else needed to make outstanding specialty cocktails chosen for my event. The specialty cocktails chosen for the night we given names centered around my father’s retirement party theme, which added a very personal touch to our event.
Danny was awesome. He was very professional, gave phenomenal customer service and made the best drinks. The entire party was very pleased with him and the Mixer Company. We just had her for a party at our home, and she made our lives infinitely easier. She was quick to respond to any questions, and offered up suggestions for our bar — and in a way that would keep our budget down while still allowing us to serve many types of drinks. She gave us a shopping list of what to get and how much, plus directed us somewhere that was having a great wine sale. She includes a lot of bar stuff in her price (garnishes, cups, etc), and did a beautiful job with setup and cleanup. Plus, she’s a pleasure to have around.

I hired Bridget for my birthday party and she did an amazing job. She was very helpful every step of the way. Upon initially contacting her she helped me put together a menu of drinks for the event, she emailed me a shopping list of everything I had to buy and throughout the process checked up to make sure I didn’t have any questions.
The day of the event she arrived on time, and set up the bar. The bar area looked so professional. She brought some of her own mixers and her bar equipment. When the guests arrive she did a great job of going around and asking everyone what they wanted to drink, made yummy drinks and was overall and amazing bartender. At the end she cleaned up everything in the bar area.
It was a pleasure to work with Bridget. She made the whole process very easy.

Bridget is ridiculously awesome. My husband and I rented a large vacation home where at any given time 15 – 20 of our friends were staying for our wedding weekend. We decided since everybody was hanging out there that it would be awesome to have a bartender a couple of hours before the wedding ceremony and for a little bit after while everybody took pictures.
Bridget and I communicated for months back and forth about drinks and logistics and she was always on top of everything. I was supposed to provide the liquor and she pretty much brought everything else (cups, garnishes, etc.). There were even a few things I was supposed to get that I knew I wouldn’t have time for or couldn’t find and she did not hestitate at all when I asked if she wouldn’t mind getting them instead. She even printed out an adorable menu and framed it to put on the bar.
We worked together to create a menu of drinks for our guest to choose from. We put some drinks that we make at home on the menu and she made them perfectly. She also suggested some other very creative drinks which ended up being FANTASTIC. I tried every single one of the drinks on our menu (even if it was just stealing a sip from others), and they were all outstanding. She made this hibiscus punch that was TO DIE FOR. I want to know how she did it!!! She brought along an additional bartender, and he was also fantastic.
My only regret is that I don’t live closer to Los Angeles so that I can hire her for more events. She is a great business woman, personable, and creative. I would recommend her to anybody!
