I ordered 3 glass table tops and was impressed not only with the quality, but with the speed of completion and price. I have a very large dining room table that seats 8 and they had the gas cut and ready to go in 3 days for around $ 230. I thought that was quite reasonable. The delivery charge was a little higher than I bargained for at $ 100, but the men that showed up were very meticulous with the installation, measuring everything, cleaning the top expertly and getting it set correctly, including the installation of clear plastic spacers to prevent sliding.

Did you know that if a golf ball hits your glass patio table the golf course is not responsible? (The golfer is — if you can find him/​her!). So I either had to get a new glass table top or buy a new table (which probably would not have matched the chairs in the set).
With the help of Joe at Tarzana Glass and Mirror, I ended up fixing the old table which now looks like a new table at half the cost of a new one.
Not only did they make a round glass table top (with a whole in it for the umbrella) and installed it in the frame, but Joe delivered it to our house, at no additional charge, since it did’nt fit in my car after it was fixed.
That was extra nice.
So… it was done right and they went out of their way to help me.

These guys do a great job, are honest, and friendly. They have 5 star, warm, confident customer service. The gentleman that worked there was so helpful and put’s you at ease that they can do anything right.
They also have a good amount of sample material for you to get ideas from.

The customer service when I went inside their store was EXCELLENT. I would probably give them 6 stars on inside customer service. The guy asked me to email him and that he would review and get back to me ASAP — I waited two days and did not get a reply back so I called them. Finally they sent the price quote and their prices were on the high side.
Again I have not used their services and my rating is best on the in store experience, email and price. I ended up hiring another company that was half off their prices for the same quality glass.

These guys are great! We moved into a house and noticed two broken windows. I brought them in at 4 pm. I was expecting them to take a couple days, but I picked them up at 5 pm. Not only do they provide efficient service, but they had to clean up some glue job some other guy who had tried to repair it previously. Thank you for doing a job right, professionally, and in a timely fashion so my kids had their windows to close that night.

Tarzana Glass and Mirror is the place to go if you need any glass, mirrors, or crystal (next door at Rattays Crystal and China Restoration!) fixed. My family and I have been using their services for many years. I had them cut and install a full length mirror inside the closet door of my house. The mirror looks great and is still in perfect shape after about 7 years. Most recently I had them cut me a new glass insert for a coffee table. I had cracked the glass and took it in at first to have them just repair the crack; however, Joe (the owner) said we should just go ahead and replace it and it wouldn’t be too expensive and would look so much better with a brand new insert. The glass had a beveled edge and the new piece looks identical to the old cracked piece. The experienced people that work here (father and son duo with some excellent workers) really know their glass! They offer you their honest opinion and are very patient and personable and get the job done in a fast and efficient manner.

Tarzana glass replaced a broken window at our church. It had to have been 70 years old and the new window looks perfect. It was a difficult replacement because of all the years of paint on the frame. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use their services again. Thanks Tarzana Glass!

After calling «Glass Doctors» and window hawkers, and leaving (this ain’t hyperbole!) 15 messages, I finally called Tarzana Glass & Mirror.
I couldn’t believe it, a REAL LIVE HUMAN named Adam answered the phone. How wonderful to hear a friendly voice. Still exasperated from dialing so many places, I cynically asked if I brought down my window frame if he could replace my bathroom window glass that shattered. I fully expected to hear all the reasons why on the Friday before Labor Day at 4pm he wouldn’t be able to help me.
«Sure!» he said. «Bring it over now and we’ll have it done right away.»
Adam wasn’t kidding. In minutes I had a brand new window. No hassle. No hard sell. No attitude.

My family has been using the services of Tarzana Glass for many years now. We first learned of them when a window had broken and by chance we drove by them on Ventura Blvd that day. From there we learned of their wonderful service to also repair broken Crystal. My wife and I have always found them to be very professional, prompt, honest and friendly people.
