The first time I went to Arvands office I was really nervous. He sat down with me and made me feel comfortable. He was really down to earth and easy to talk to. He assured me that he would help me with my situation. The thing that I really liked about Arvand was that he never mad me any promises that he couldn’t keep. Arvand told me the truth about what he thought of my case and what to expect, no sugar coating.
Arvands connections in court are are no joke… he literally is known by everyone (court staff, public defenders, DA, Judges) .
As for my case I got a dui back in 2007 that I never took care of until last year. Pretty insane time gap and very irresponsible of me. I knew I was basically screwed with the bench warrant hanging over my head all those years for missing my court date and not finishing my dui program. I figured I would be seeing a lot of jail time. So once I finally decided it was time to take care of this mess my brother in law who works HR management recommend Arvand who has been used by a good amount of their employees for a variety of cases. Anyways to make a long story short Arvand and his team got my 6 year bench warrant dismissed, no additional fines (I did pay my original dui fine in 07) no community service, re-​enrollment of my program with no added time and a over night stay in jail which really was only mandatory due to the fact that I did have to surrender to the court… oh btw judge wanted me to do 120 days, Arvand talked him down to 50, I saw 24hrs which is really the processing time. Not bad for ducking a 6 year old warrant and dui. Dude is Samuel L Jackson at his trait «Bad Mother Fcker’!
If you need an attorney I would absolutely suggest meeting and hiring Arvand.
