I complained about the following and was specifically told to leave a Unilocal review. Hospitals get backed up, procedures get delayed but from want the hospital staff tells me this is how this doctor routinely operates – massive overbookings and asking patients to show up hours before they need to.
Had a procedure scheduled w dr suchov and was told to come in at 1pm. No water since midnight.
He didn’t show up until 3:30 and my procedure won’t start until 5:45pm now. No call he was running behind. There is no reason to ask me to sit around for an entire afternoon waiting. I am told he is regularly late and his office still tells people to expect to spend 5 – 6 hours despite the fact it should take half that amount of time. This is disrespectful of patients.

This place is very unorganized, they don’t care about their patients. The secretary in the front is rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I was referred to this doctor through my primary doctor and I am very unhappy with this place. As I see in the other reviews we really don’t have any other choice as far as seeing another doctor .
I called to make an appointment the first time in May 2015 and the secretary was extremely rude as far as making a simple appointment and as I had some questions she just hung up the phone after she finally scheduled an appointment, she didn’t even care to listen and make sure I was ok with that time and date for the appointment. I called back and she said that is the only time they had available until the next following month, once again she hung up.
Around the end of May I came in for my appointment, I waited over an hour to see the doctor and yet to find out she is not the doctor she is a NP, she handles things for the doctor she is a nurse practitioner, I got to admit she was very friendly and nice but still she is not who I scheduled my appointment with. I let her know about the rude secretary who scheduled me in for today and she said she would take care of this problem because that is not the way we run business here. Hearing that I felt like something would be done for future visits to this office.
Sorry but it only got worse, I had an appointment today August 7,2015 at 1:15 it is now 2:45 pm and I still have not been seen. I got up to ask the rude, unprofessional secretary Cindy how long before I get to see the doctor and she says at least another hour, I respond what is the point of having an appointment, I know in general doctors offices there is a wait even though you have an appointment, but come on seriously this is ridiculous and insane to have to wait this long. Appointment time 1:15 pm and be seen just to get results at around 4:30 pm. This is not right.
The day of my surgery I was scheduled 11:00 am also let me tell you that I was fasting since the night before and after begging several times that my appointment was set for 11:00 am instead of 1:30 pm because I was fasting they finally took me in for surgery at 6:30 pm can you believe it. This place is very unorganized, their timing indescribable, if you think about coming to see this doctor make sure you have no plans for at least a week. It takes that long to see someone here! They secretary Cindy will definitely make you feel very unwelcome. Every patient that walked through the door was sent home because of unverifiable insurance is this really a place you want to go to??? Think about it, you are extremely sick and have to be sent home due to unverifiable insurance, or you have insurance and have to spend a whole week waiting to be seen.

1) I am sure he dose not care about Unilocal reviews coz he is seeing mostly medical and HMO patients and unfortunately they have no better choice most of the times.
2)Bedside manner: zero
3)Care about patient and follow up: dose not exist at this office again coz mostly medical and HMO plans .
4)90% of the time there is NP at the office seeing the patients and giving the plans !!! imagine your primary physician which is either internist or family physician referring you to here to be seen by gastroenterologist and you are being visited by NP how stupid is that !!! and if your condition is pretty serious then you will probably have a chance to see the gastroenterologist.
5)Before you choose such an important specialty for your health care please do some research around and the make a decision.

After seeing a couple other specialists, I finally found Dr. Suchov and decided to stick to him. He really takes his time with each patient and picks the best treatment. He’s pretty confident and knows what he is doing. Most doctors just prescribe medications and spend like 2 minute with each patient, but Dr. Suchov really takes his time and tries to find the best solution for everything. which is why I decided to stick to him. I would really recommend him, he has years of experience and knows what he is doing. My previous doctors didn’t know what they were doing, so i can really tell the difference. His office is kind of far from me, but definitely worth it.
The wait time is the only con, but now days every specialist doctor has a wait time.

I would of give minus 5 stars if i could. It took them 3 months to give appointment with something serious in my body and when i went there the first time the dr was not even there and they told me the nurse practitioner which check u, WTF!
Then they said on ur follow up after blood test and MRI the dr will see you. On my appointment time which was a couple months after the night before my appointment they called and said dr wouldn’t be here and we need to reschedule, they said the earliest is one month from now, WTF!
BASICALLY I SHOULD OF DIE BY NOW.
Then i just came to my appointment and guess what dr is not here. Dont even give try to this office. All staff are so rude too.

Terrible experience. Go elsewhere! Rude staff, provided incorrect billing and declined to fix it. MD never even showed his face in my consultation. BEWARE.

Office staff absolutely the worst!
Been to him before, and same problems, always unfriendly, bitchy, even mean staff.
Dr. Is very nice, however unfortunately you have to go thru his office girls first.
I tried to get in 2 weeks ago, and they said they had nothing available for almost 2 months. I told them I was in pain, and asked if I could come in sooner, and she sain no, that there was nothing sooner. Then she said that I better make an appointment now (early march) for (end of April) the next available appointment, or I would be waiting even longer. So I made the appointment for April.
I called back last week, because by this time I was in even more pain, it was awful. I spoke to the office person, and asked her if there was any way to get in sooner, and she said there was just nothing available, and. nothing she could do. I asked her don’t u ever make urgent appointments? Couldn’t I come in for an emergency appointment? I told her I was in so much pain! She said NO, if I was in that much pain, call 911, he wouldn’t be able to see me any sooner than next month. At that point I just wanted to speak with dr suchov, and she said he was busy, so she could just take a message. Here it is over a week later, and still no call back.
Luckily I found a great dr, with friendly Compassionate staff, I told her I was in so much pain, and it was urgent, and she was able to get me in the same day!
The dr was great! Office was beautiful, clean, etc. Great experience! And whata even better, is that I will NEVER have to deal with Dr Suchovs rude staff ever again!
