Great and upfront about everything. Very informative about the process. It’s a shame that he only deals with gold and silver. Tested each piece up front and told us the going rate, percentages and made the whole process quick and painless. Thanks a lot. Would do business again.

I was recently cleaning house when I came across an old box filled with odd pieces of gold jewelry, broken bracelets and single earrings. I remembered a news piece I heard on NPR about Joe’s and figured I’d stop in to see how much this box of stuff I would never use was worth. The whole process was quick and easy. The buyer tested each piece one by one to determine the level of gold [14k, 18k, etc.] and to my surprise the entire box was worth a little over $ 1K! With a quick signing and a finger print, he handed me the money in cash. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to unload unwanted pieces.

I took my mom to Joe’s because of Heidi’s advice and I was happy with how smooth the transaction went. I can’t remember the name of the man we spoke with there but he explained every step of the process(maybe in a bit too much detail, but perhaps thats because I already knew he would have to test and couldn’t pay the current rate of gold as he had to make a profit) and paid my mom $ 900 for gaudy gold that she has received but would never wear. Little bummed that we didn’t get any freebies like the other people, but I guess you can’t have everything =)
