Used to have a very good product. Now, website not functioning, weird, no phone number shown… made me wonder, new owners? So many good business are bought by people who do not know what they are doing. Then you get the order and it is not the same material. Found the old phone number on a Rolodex(remember those?), called, receptionist does not speak English, puts me on hold, hangs up, call back, more not English, asks me to hold five minutes, hangs up… Wait 30 min, get someone who speaks some English but she does not seem to know her products(I want zebra files, «what color», Zebra files«what color» zebra is the color…), can’t get my name right. spelled out… I only hope the product is the same quality I used to buy. Half hour later calls back, there is a $ 60.00 minimum order. I can order two of each, still would not make $ 60… then they can adjust the price. what? charge an extra 10 dollars to meet the minimum? Or is she telling me I pay more if I don’t meet the minimum? We can’t get there from here, I tell her she should have told me that upfront(before we wasted so much time on her not English) and there is no mention of this on the website, I don’t want to place such a big order until I find out if the quality is the same… her reasoning, she is not really the order person, she is just filling in, I should have spoken to a sales person(so it is all my fault). No offer to send samples, unwilling to waive the min as a test run, she gets mad and hangs up. I missed my cue at the first call I should have demand to speak the the sales person, heh heh
