Gary L Etting, OD FCOVD

I needed prescription sunglasses and had no idea where to go. I went to my insurance directory and Dr. Gary Etting’s office was the first contact information I was given, along with a few pages of other providers. As I always do, I googled and Unilocal’d him and that is how I made my decision to go. I am so pleased with the treatment, staff and outcome. I went back to get prescription glasses so that I could see the TV which is approximately 15 ft from my favorite chair. I am so pleased with the results. I felt at home the minute I walked in. I was greeted right away. Although the wait was only a few minutes, I was able to see children coming in for their appointments. I researched further and saw that this office handles different reading/​visual problems and the atmosphere is upbeat and inviting. I would like to mention that I was able to select my frames etc and they were completed within a few days. One stop shopping. Can’t beat that.

I was 32 years old before I accidentally found Dr Etting. I probably read 3^rd or 4^th grade level. (I have an above normal I.Q. so I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me.) My mother always took me to Ophthalmologists «cuz they were the best» she would say. They never recognized what was wrong with my eyes. When I found Dr Etting it was because of my son’s eyes. He told me what my son was seeing and I thought, «that’s what I see!!!» We went through his exercise program and I could miraculously read! I cannot say too many good things about his abilities and understanding of how the eyes work. Do not hesitate to go to him. He KNOWS what he is doing!

I have been coming to this office for years, since 2001 to be exact. I originally came to Dr. Getz, he was the absolute best! I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. I miss him greatly. The whole staff here is great. The lady at the front, is as sweet as can be! The staff that takes you through your eye therapy session is great as well. Dr. Etting is a great doctor as well, he does make check ups to make sure everything is still going strong and not reverting back. He is very detailed and takes all the necessary precautions. I highly recommend this eye doctor.

Wow. I went in to get an eye exam and they were really friendly! I mean I know I can be difficult to deal, but Dr. Kwon was patient and understanding in answering my questions! He’s definitely looking out for my best interest! I would recommend this place.

Dr Kwon to the rescue! He knows how to take care of you and your precious eyes. Easy to talk to and very friendly!

Went in for an eye exam because I ran out of contacts. The staff was friendly and Dr. Kwon was very thorough and personable during the exam. He made sure to go over any questions and was very helpful. Seemed like a person that would go out of his way to make sure your eyes are taken care of. I highly recommend this office.
