I am sure the person that runs this company is uneducated with no skills person that employs the same kind of people. I would never hire them as a management company because of irrational decisions they make.

While I realize that part of our miserable experience while living in the Encino Towers is the result of a young, inexperienced, could give a care, owner of the so-called«condo» in which we lived, the HOA that handles complaints for issues in this building has been little more than a figurehead throughout the year-too-long that we have lived in this complex. The water is turned off at least every few months, it seems, for sometimes a day or more at a time, there were bed bugs in certain units, termite sprayings, this that and the other and the premises(common areas, elevators, stairwells) are generally filthy as the residents here don’t seem to think that the rules apply to them. The elevator consistently smells like dog urine and there is often dog feces in the stairwells. While the groundskeepers do their best to keep the outdoor areas looking nice, the inside of this building at 5334 Lindley Ave. is a hole in most other regards. Today we are finally moving, having lived out our year here. I called the HOA to ask how we can get the gate to stay open so our movers can make quick work of us getting out of here and the manager of the HOA said«his guy isn’t here today…» Well, I said he’d best get his guy here and he said he would try. Meantime, he said we canNOT use the elevator to transport things… I said«of course we can’t.» I mean, why should our exit from this hovel be any different than the year we’ve been forced to live there? In fairness, the woman of the couple managing the place has tried her level best to help us in noise issues and other problems with the awful people who live in this building, but she can only go so far. Given the choice, I would not rent here again.
