By far the best park around. What it lacks in size it makes up it up with quality and how clean it is. Other parks are way crowded but this one is just right.

Great Park! Safe and everybody was super nice! We’ve been going almost every other day and play for hours. The reason why I finally write a review is because we went there yesterday and we saw a lady yelling at a father and also his daughter calling them names and a communist just because his daughter not willing to play with her daughter. She also called me a «help» and telling me to shut up just because I asked her politely to leave the playground and to please stop yelling in front of all the kids that was there watching her embarrassed herself and acting classless. And when she finally left she called the guys that was playing on the basketball court a «slave». I hope she won’t come back there anymore!

One of the most popular parks here. There is huge spot for barbecue with a lot of table! One basketball play zone, but much but anyway it’s exist. Big sand place and nice slide everywhere. Park kinda looks like a Russian park, you can hear them everywhere)
There’s no water activities here, on summer it’s a problem. Drinking fountains almost didn’t work.
Anyway I definitely recommend this amazing park!

It has only 2 tennis courts with people waiting on the bench all the time. So make sure you are there early, like before 7am.

This is GENESTA PARK for all intents and purposes.
I’ve been coming here since high school years… mainly for basketball. The good and bad thing is there’s only one basketball court. Bad cause there’s only 1, good cause the competition is good.
Good times to ball are usually between 2pm-​9pm weekedays and 9am-​sunset weekends.
The best thing about this place is it’s on Ventura Blvd… literally on it… and it has a light thats lit all night so you see people playing and shooting all the way up til 2−3am.

Great little park right off of Ventura and about 2 blocks away from my office at 17 050 Ventura Blvd #201. It’s clean, offers a great amount of shade and seems to have pretty good facilities.
I’ve recently started to brown bag my lunches to keep it healthy. Now I have a great place to walk to and enjoy the beautiful weather.
If you work locally, I highly suggest making it your lunch getaway!

This is a small park where you can enjoy Basketball, Tennis, BBQ, Walking, Jogging or Relaxing. and enjoy the beautiful Oak Trees. Very close to restaurants, shops and a local gym.

Right along busy Ventura Blvd. you’ll find this great green oasis that is surrounded by beautiful Oak Trees (hence Encino).
They have basketball courts, tennis courts, BBQs, a playground and plenty of benches to sit around and daydream.
Also, once a year they have a great weekend festival «Arts & Crafts
Faire and Free Folk Music Festival» as part of the California Traditional Music Society.
I love this park!
