History

Established in 2012.

Originally established as EB Mediate in August, 2012, EB Resource Group rebranded in 2014 to offer additional consulting and education/​training services.

Erica B.

Business Owner

An attorney and commercial mediator, Ms. Bristol received her law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1999. As corporate in-​house counsel for over 12 years and a commercial mediator for over 6 years, Erica Bristol offers her clients the experience and expertise necessary to navigate legal, business and personal concerns when resolving disputes.

Ms. Bristol is currently a Panel Mediator for the United States District Court, Central District of California and a Panel Mediator for the California Association of REALTORS®’ Buyer/​Seller Mediation Program. She served as a pro bono Panel Mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Courts from 2006 to 2012.

Ms. Bristol is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association; the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Intellectual Property section of the State Bar of California; and the Business & Corporations Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
