After Graduating Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Lopez furthered his food studies through extensive traveling throughout Mexico. Soon after Chef Lopez began working with the great Chef Wolf Gang Puck, at Wolfgang Puck Catering. He continued studying ingredients from different regions in Mexico. His Passion for Mexican Cuisine is Simply; Learn, Explore, Try, and Enjoy. Chef Lopez insists the greatest influence on his cooking has been his mother Virginia Lopez.
