Bait and switch. None of the rates matched the online quotes and rep told me they rarely do and he had no idea why. Rates should not be off by $ 300/​$ 400… that is ridiculous!

WOW!!! were do I begin! AMAZING customer service… truly an exceptional experience! In my 4 years of being in the car industry, I have never dealt with a more professional and courteous insurance agency! For myself alone I was struggling to find the right quote for my cars that would fit my budget and let me tell you Jack Khatchadourian from encino went far and beyond my expectations! I had called him back after a month from moving and it was even better! I will be referring him to all my new car customers without a doubt! He deserves best insurance salesmen of the month/​year! The kind of agent you get really makes a huge difference in the experience you have. They file all your paperwork and are there to answer all your questions. Michael Tellez was very patient, polite and thorough with all of my questions. He’s also very human! I hate sometimes talking to agents over the phone because they sound like robots and don’t explain things properly, well that was not the case with Michael. Over all good experience, he gave me different rate options and understood what I needed.

Well first let me start by saying **OUTSTANDING** customer service, by Michael Tellez!!!
My boyfriend Jason Avila and I were really struggling to get a insurance quote that can fit our budget and He was really by far the best customer service I’ve had. He was very outstanding and very patient with me, when I was asking millions of questions, not once did he made me feel he was getting aggravated or annoyed when I ask him to repeat something He took his time and explained everything by detail, made feel very comfortable, and made feel he sincerely took his time and effort to find me something that worked with me.
We were far and beyond more than happy with his service and his help
