White Sands Spa Repair

Casey came out, looked at the spa guts for 10 minutes, charged me $ 85 and said he would need to replace the circuit board and face panel for like $ 900. No easy fix. I went to
researched the root cause, bought a couple little parts for like $ 25 each and had my electrician install them for another $ 50. Good as new! I feel like I got taken for the $ 85 fee along with being up-​sold an unnecessary $$$ overhaul.

Casey has been fixing my spa for the last few years. He is always accommodating with my schedule and all of the repairs he has done were excellent. His prices are reasonbale, If you need to get your spa repaired this is the guy to call!

First time needing hot tub repair and happen to call them first. Casey picked phone up on first ring, happened to finish his two earlier calls early so came over within 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed problem, had parts in his van, and repair done in less than an hour. Professional, honest and a nice guy to boot. Also gave advice on how to maintain in terms of products and kept it simple. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Very happy with White Sands Pool and Spa service. Just had Casey fix some problems with my spa. I’m normally a pretty mechanical person, but was just lost with why my spa was not working. Casey came out and had my problems diagnosed in minutes. He than fixed the problem for a reasonable price and refilled my spa. I highly recommend them to any of my friends. I’m relatively new to owning a spa, so when the pump stopped working, I searched for a local repair in Encinitas. Casey was the first guy I looked up and I am really glad I called him.

I called White Sands on a Saturday morning, and although he was off, he came over to do a Spa cleaning at a very reasonable rate. The honesty of Casey (Owner) came through loud and clear. I will continue to you use White Sands for all my Spa needs.
