Good if you’re buying, terrible if you’re selling (I’ve done both here). I consigned about 10 items 6 – 7 months ago. For whatever reason, they can’t give customers an account balance in the Encinitas store. You’re directed to a web site where you have to fill out a form to make a balance request, and then wait for an email response from someone out of state. I’ve made three requests for this information through the web site and had zero response. At this point I’ve just given up on getting paid. It’s simply not worth the money they owe me. In the future, I’ll be donating my good clothing to a local charitable thrift store and take the tax deduction. Its far less trouble and hassle. Come on, it’s 2015 and you’re still using technology from 1995 to run your business. Get with it.

This 5-​star rating is directly related to the personal and professional service received from Tammi. My boyfriend received service equal to, if not exceeding, the service you would receive at Nordstrom’s or from a personal shopper. I tried so hard to get my boyfriend into a nice looking pair of jeans. Tammi is the only one who could successfully get him to try stuff on AND feel good about what he was wearing. This store is so lucky to have her; I’m confident that no one else would have been able to work with my boyfriend without bursting into tears, yet she actually made the experience fun for him. If it weren’t for her, he would have left within 5 minutes. Instead, we were there for about 2 hours and he walked out with an entirely new wardrobe, casual and dress. The quality and selection is great at Well Suited. But ask for Tammi!

What a fantastic store. I was shopping for myself recently and popped next door to check it out for my ex to see if I saw anything cool. I ended up buying him 5 cool shirts! They have every popular brand and amazing prices. Sport coats for so cheap it’s crazy. Lots of variety in there also from work shirts, to a night out shirt, jeans, pants and coats!
