The Spice Way has many unique products that do not exist anywhere else in the United States. For example our Fruit Infusions. They are so versatile. Not only can you make tea like drinks out of them, but you can use them for yogurt parfaits, bake with them and even make cocktails with them. So delicious!

Established in 2015.

We opened our doors in the Spring of 2015. We have received so much positive feedback from the surrounding community and are thrilled to be located in Encinitas, CA where healthy eating is a considered big priority.

Business Owner

Debbie is extremely excited to be the first franchisee owner of The Spice Way store located in Encinitas, California. While, having spent the last 20 years in education and in the world of non-​profit, She has always had a passion for exotic spices and herbs. In her spare time, she would often find herself in the kitchen cooking, experimenting with food and flavors. With Debbie’s many years of experience in education and working with people, it was a natural fit for her to be in a helping environment and teaching other people the beauty of using spices and herbs in their cooking. As a full time working mom who cares about eating healthy and at the same time, needing to get food fast on the table, she knows the challenges of wanting to ensure the family is getting good solid nutritious meals that are satisfying and with taste great! Debbie is the wife to David and the mother of two always hungry teenagers.
