Live Now Life Counseling is a unique mental health therapy that enables people to see that they are not their thoughts and they don’t have to believe everything the thoughts are saying about them.

Live Now was discovered accidentally by Al Mejia in the early 70’s after a series of life changing crises. Al’s thinking mind became totally unreliable for accomplishing even the simplest daily activities like making breakfast and going to work. He was forced to rely exclusively on his intuition instead, just to get through the day. Rather than making his life worse, Al found his life improving dramatically. Somehow everything was getting done without the thinking mind. Al shared his discoveries with others and watched their lives improve as well.

Al passed in 2008. Steve Emig met Al in 1982 and has been doing Live Now for 31 years. Steve has been carrying on Al’s work by providing Live Now Life Counseling to others.

Steve Emig has been practicing Live Now Life Counseling for 5 years and has been doing Live Now in his personal life for 31 years. He has seen Live Now make big changes in his life and in other people’s lives that he has worked with. Live Now is a way to take your focus off of your thoughts and begin living from your inner knowing or intuition. With unhelpful thoughts out of the way there is nothing stopping success in life. Most of Live Now Life Counseling is done over the phone rather than in the office so the counseling can be done anywhere in the world.
