As a massage therapist myself it is hard to find what I’m looking for in a massage therapist for whom I want bodywork from. Karleigh is great she’s got intuitive hands a strong touch and overall does great bodywork. I’m glad to have found her and can’t wait for my next session.

I’ve been Karleigh’s client for about 4 years now, and I feel extremely fortunate to have found her. As a triathlete I’ve been working hard to become more competitive in the sport, and Karleigh has been there supporting me throughout the process. She’s very focused on my personal needs and intuitive about how my body is changing or adapting to the training. I credit her with helping me recover from tough workouts and preventing injury. Outside of the great bodywork, she offers sound advice on overall health and wellness. In short, I can’t offer a higher recommendation than I do for Karleigh and her business. Karleigh is amazing! For many years I have been plagued with joint pain, stiffness and limited movement caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis. She is very sensitive to my situation and intuitive in knowing where to focus her attention to provide me with the best treatment possible. I have my hands full between work and my two kids (both under two) so when I heard mom got a break I ran into Karleigh getting coffee and she told me to come on in… Boy am I glad I did. She had me on the table relaxed and into a deep state of mind in about twenty minutes– tough for a hustle and bustle kind a gal like me. I was awake but the reiki energy that she did on me was amazing. I came out with a whole new perspective on things and a clear state of mind. She also massaged and cupped away all the muscle tissue that had built up and my body mind and soul felt beautiful and one! When I was looking for a local sports therapist to help me not only prepare for my competitive activities but also recover from them, Karleigh’s work history and treatment options completely met my needs. She complemented my pre-​workouts with dynamic stretching and helped me recover by energy work and deep tissue sports massage. Her space is completely soothing and you are able to focus on your body without distraction. I highly recommend her for any athlete or non-​athlete in search of reaching union with your body.

I have gone to Karleigh a few times recently and I have to say that she is truly amazing. There are very few people that I allow to give me a massage (due to past trauma) as I often come out in more pain than when I went it. Karleigh is definitely an exception to that. She is very skilled at many types of massage and intuitively knows what my body needs. I always leave relaxed, balanced and with all of my tight spots smoothed out. She has been able to help me with the pain I have in my neck and sacrum areas, and I am so grateful. I trust her fully and am so glad I found her! In addition, she is a really beautiful soul. I’m so happy to have been referred to Karleigh through a friend. She has a cute space in downtown Encinitas. I was a little nervous at first because I had a severe hip trauma in the past and I am very careful with this side of my body. I have never felt better than after Karleigh working on me. I suffer for misalignment from this injury and I look forward to seeing Karleigh over time to help me improve. I would definitely recommend a Thai Massage to anyone who feels they are tight in any area of the body. She is reasonably priced and well worth the cost. I also appreciated her demeanor, as sometimes speaking to someone about trauma you have suffered in the past can be difficult. She was comforting and genuine. Very impressed!

After being treated by Karleigh I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to go anywhere else! My body has held a lot of tension for many years and Karleigh helped me to realize that a lot of my aches and stress points were actually connected to emotions I was holding onto. I have always hated deep tissue massage, but Karleigh was able to get really, REALLY deep into my tissue and muscles and release a ton of stress I have been holding onto. Definitely check her out, you won’t be disappointed!

I had such a wonderful session with Karleigh! I was in so much pain in my neck and mid back, she was firm and gave total attention to my pain regions. I was completly melted! Karleigh has such a healing touch and genuine passion in what she does! I will be scheduling again just for good health.
