History

Established in 1981.

James Gillan founded Rancho Auto Body in 1981. The business was incorporated in the State of California on April 27, 1990, as Gillan’s Auto Body, Inc. The two sole shareholders are James Gillan and Linda Mayer, husband and wife. James Gillan is the President and general manager, and Linda Mayer is the Corporate Secretary and accountant. Since the company began in 1981, they have both been active participants in running the company’s operations.
