Specialties

Resilience is a word that has become a way of life for me. Having gone through a great deal of change and adversity in my life, I went into this line of work because I am deeply committed to taking the lessons I have learned and drawing from my wounds to give back. I am here to guide people to realizing their full potential through harnessing resilience.

Roadmap To Resilience: A 6 pillar approach to creating self efficacy in times of adversity. In other words learning how to bounce back when things get tough. Through Radical Self Care, Reclaiming Your Identity, Unconditional Acceptance, Heart Healing, Connection and Community, and Joy as a Spiritual and Daily Practice, you will harness and cultivate the skill of resilience.

In addition to coaching services I provide private, small group, and corporate yoga classes. I also do special events like bridal showers, day of wedding parties, bachelorette parties and more.

History

Established in 2012.

I launched the practice as a small one person operation back in 2012 and have had the honor of coaching hundreds of satisfied clients privately, in small groups, and online. I have offered dozens of live workshops, demos, yoga classes and talks at a variety of corporations, small businesses, and non-profit organizations.
