Pella is a great store BUT
the ENCINITAS STORE CLOSED TWO YEARS AGO (2011).
You will go to their Morena Blvd store at 1187 Morena Blvd.
The Encinitas store is CLOSED. (come back… the recession is over!)
Not sure… call them and they will tell you the same.

Nick and James came to repair my Pella windows today. Right on time and they fixed everything within the one hour minimum charge. I wish all the service people I need were like them.

Called the Pella people and they sent out Melissa to measure my windows and give me a quote for french doors. Melissa was very personable and very knowledgeable. She was able to give me various quotes right at the moment on her laptop (with portable printer). She explained all the options, left her cards, shook my hand, and went smilingly on her way.
The quotes were pretty high, but then Pella is known to have highest quality windows and french doors. Not sure I’ll use them, but it was a good experience and I know the products would be top quality.
