It’s surprising when reviews are just wrong and completely off base. Not many clients are so unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful, but some are and everyone who is like that you should be well warned to stay far away from therapist offices that don’t stand for being engaged by rude clients. When you book a massage it’s easy and all done online by the client. I’m okay with this because I have all the important details I need to prepare for my visit. When we’re all on the same page I can relax and trust that I am in good hands. And that’s just what I found there, and each of you with your bad reviews should be ashamed of your behavior. Before buying a Groupon, read the deal. I did. I wanted to check that they had times available that fit my schedule. They did. It wasn’t offered as a daily deal so I knew I’d have some sort of wait for services. After all it’s a groupon offering and many people like me want that discount offering. So I did call the number listed. After a few rings, the message gave some very clear instructions on how to schedule, the same instructions listed at the website. I didn’t have any pressing issues or questions, it’s a relaxation massage. It was clear they been doing this for awhile and have policies in place to address just about everything I could think out. All I had to do was read. I’ve since contacted the office several times and they answer Politely. No one has ever been rude to me. Honestly, I ithink people that interpert rudeness are themselves expecting something they shouldn’t be expecting in the first place, like being providing with special services just for the asking. I chuckle at that and understand when businesses answer politely, no. I think the office is too kind & patient for their own good, and so when I see the reviews my jaw drops. I just think telling people your cheap and have unreasonable expectations is bad form. I wanted to make another appointment after the first massage, sure it took about 3 weeks, but it’s worth it and yeah, I got on the website and booked it there. Do us all a favor and just stay off the schedule if your good deal is just providing you with a forum to gripe. I found the practitioners and location ideal. Plenty of suitable times are available with three different practitioners. Whether you got the Groupon or not. Just make your reservation online and look forward to a great massage. Remember it’s a business not a charity. Before my massage, about 24 hrs before, I get an email reminder. Cool. All you livid folks, I dunno what to say. Perhaps, when you buy the Groupon be flexible, I had 3 months to get in, that’s plenty of time. Don’t buy it with the expectation that you’ll get medical treatment, it’s a relaxation massage. Also, writing bad comments on Unilocal rather than contacting the business says you don’t have any real position just expectations that you shouldn’t have developed given everything from the answering service to website let us control the show. I wrote the establishment a polite letter asking to provide feedback, cause i’m a real client and wanted to let people know that I had a totally awesome experience and that if anything, negative comments are«mean», unprofessional and disrespectful. Folks, massage is a business, I was astounded by some of their high levels of training. They are serious professionals running a business with great services, just be informed (1) you can’t schedule over the phone, you can interact with someone in a decent manner over email; (2) you can schedule anytime on the website, available times are true; (3)They reserve the right to refuse service. (4) You must wear bottom undies, although a bra is optional So I am writing this review to say, I enjoyed a great experience. I can see that careless & cavalier comments come with a groupon crowd with unreasonable expectation and doesn’t have anything to do with the business or it’s practitioners, but with the discounter and their lack of decency or respect and that’s really no professional way to approach any business offering a service to the public. Especially in the massage business, this is such a personal interaction when you get in the office. Ultimately, I feel able to trust these folks. **I don’t know how to comment on a comment so I will add my response here. (1) It would be reasonable to have MORE compassion with a busy office. (2) real complaints are addressed to businesses/owners directly, not passive aggressively via social media sites. I’d gladly supply more information, but Unilocal’s constraints prevent me from writing further;

The meanest service I have ever dealt with! I called for appointment to see if what they have online is all, the lady that answered the phone yelled, WHATYOUSEEONTHECALENDARISWHATWEHAVE! And hanged up the phone on me! My g/f used a groupon there and had similar experience, do not recommend!
