I completed training in Traditional Thai massage at the Internationally renowned Wat Po Medical School in Thailand.

Thai Massage incorporates elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep stretching, and rhytmic compression to create a singular healing experience. It also uses assisted yoga Asanas to open the joints and relieve the tension in surrounding muscles, which allows prana, chi, or healing to move more freely through the body.

Established in 2010.

Although I have just started my own business, I have been working as a licensed massage therapist for the previous 5 years. During this time, I have made many loyal customers and invite you to become one too. Khwan is fantastic and very friendly. Massage was painful only because it had been over a year since I’d had one, yet she made sure to ease up in certain areas I seemed tender without me even asking. Very in tune with clients comfort.
I’ve never been one to use the same masseuse twice, as I’ve felt they were somewhat replaceable, but man I feel so good two days later that I will be using Khwan on a regular basis.
My feet have been such a problem area with massages because I’m extremely ticklish, yet Khwan eased me into relaxing enough to let her spend a few minutes on my feet. Which given I just had ankle surgery it was extremely helpful in alleviating a lot of the tension in both my feet.
Truly lucky to have found such a kind, talented massage therapist in Khwan! Highly recommended! :)

I feel great after my massage. I believe I had Khwan and Kai for our couples massage. My wrist was killing me because I grow cysts in my wrist and idk what Khwan did but the pain is completely gone. They definitely focus on places where they find tension. I had several knots in my neck and she definitely spent time rubbing them out to make sure they were gone. I also got a nice head massage which almost made me fall asleep. My husband said that he didn’t even know he had knots in his legs until Kai found them and started massaging them out. Excellent service, excellent massage, will be trying the deep tissue next.

First time here and I loved it! My boyfriend and I got the Deep Tissue Couples massage for 1.5hrs and it was just what we needed. I booked the appointment through their website for Kai and luckily we got Khwan as well (based on other Unilocalers’ positive reviews). They really listened to our needs and worked on our problem areas to remove our knots. They made sure we were comfortable and not in (too much) pain. It’s been awhile since our last massage so they had a lot of work to do. I think we should be getting these more often :)
I didn’t notice any showers, but they did use warm, wet towels to wipe us down afterwards. I would highly suggest you try this place as the service is great! I’ll definitely be back for more!

Unilocal says they are opened til 7. Showed up at 6:30, all the lights were off and the lady said they were closed and I couldn’t even come in to buy a gift receipt even though I drive ten miles because they said they were open. Terrible customer service.

This place is great! So happy I found them. I had been to a few other places prior that were questionable, but this place is very clean and professional. The staff is very kind and does an amazing job. I’ve had the «kick your butt» reflexology that had me tender for a day or two (like after an intense workout) and I’ve had a gentle massage, which had me so relaxed I almost fell asleep. They really listen to your needs and focus on your problem areas. I also like that they wipe you down with a warm towel after to remove the extra oil; allowing me to continue my day without feeling greasy. Check this place out, it’s worth it!

As far as actual massage goes, Massage Energy is top notch. You won’t get essentials oils wafted at you with a leaf rattle (which I have had somewhere else), but If you are looking for very restorative, healing, deep tissue massage; come here. I have only had their deep tissue massage so I can’t speak for any of the other services, but I would imagine they are equally as good. The massage therapists are friendly and do a great assessment of how they can help you. My only complaint and it’s not really a complaint; I wish they would get a bigger space for more people… but then, I guess, maybe the quality wouldn’t be as good. Overall, nice people, great massage.

Khwan and her staff are amazing. They are so sweet and friendly and they have magic hands. My boyfriend and I try to come here at least once a month, Sometimes twice. We always get deep tissue couples massage and we feel great every time we leave. We went through a couple really bad massages until we found this place about 5 or six months ago, and they are our go to girls ever since. Definitely get a massage more, you can’t go wrong.

Incredible. That’s about as much as I can say about Nina and Kai. Their massages are extrodinary and a great way to start or finish your day. Go for an hour and a half Luke I do every time. You’ll feel like a million bucks!, you have not truly experienced this level of relaxation until you’ve gone here… haven’t tried Khwan yet…

I’m new to the area and was badly in need of a massage for aching muscles. I found this place on Unilocal and it was close by, so decided to give it a try. My massage was amazing — very deep, and at times painful, but all for good purpose to break through my knotted up muscles. I did 90 minutes which was great for getting both deep tissue as well as some Thai massage thrown in (very reminiscent of massages I had in Thailand). All of it was really good in a comfortable setting with friendly and competent staff — they made me feel right at home. I’m really happy I found this place, and I’m sure to become a regular.

Excellent! My husband and I have had several massages in the SD area and this one was by FAR the best. We called at 12:30 on Thursday of Mother’s day weekend and was able to get a couples massage at 2:15! So cool that they could take us on short notice. The girls were so sweet and friendly and my girl actual gave me a deep tissue massage like I’d asked. It seems like everywhere else I’ve gone they hardly give me any pressure. We will definitely be back!

The best massage in San Diego county! I have been to many different places for massages, from expensive resorts, such as the Rancho Bernardo Inn, to small hoilstic day spas in Encinitas, to chains such as Massage Envy and I would say Khwan is the best. She has the ability to discover exactly where your body needs it the most, and the techniques to loosen you up and relax you, from stretching to deep tissue she will use whatever type of massage your body needs.

I found this Thai Massage place «Massage Energy» by Khwan. I would say the most experienced and cute massage therapist I ever had. after 1 full hour massage I felt like new born.
