One late afternoon my teenage son had dislodged a part in the handle to open our front door. We arrived at Lee’s Lock & Safe at closing time with the entire assembly of our front door in hand. Luckily, we caught all of their employees at this place of business before they all departed home. They all gathered around, inspected the part, disassembled the mechanism and placed the loose dislodged part back in place — FREE OF CHARGE! Because of the age and type of door hardware that we had, the most experienced of the gentlemen had mentioned that this type of hardware is over 30yrs old and not manufactured anymore. I was very impressed by their skilled professionalism and customer service given. I would highly recommend these guys and I’ll be definitely back.

I’ve never had anything but good experiences with these guys. They are always professional and offer great customer service. I recently broke a key off in my lock at my restaurant after hours and they were able to come out within 15 minutes and take care of our situation. I highly recommend this company and their locksmith services.

These guys are TOP SHELF. Honest, reliable, proficient in their trade … they also go the extra step to help fix problems. 5pm on a Friday, and you can’t close your safe? They care more about your safety and security than they do about punching the clock and going home. I can’t recommend these guys ENOUGH.

Best service. Lee’s just came out to rekey a new lock. The locksmith is soooo incredibly nice. He said he has been with the company for decades. He fixed the keys, made me some spares, and was so professional and nice. I would highly recommend Lee’s.

I had a bad experience firing an employee and needed my lock changed asap. John met me at my office at 9:15 pm, after he was getting ready to go to bed, just to take care of the office. In 30 min, he had the office rekeyed, all of the while being professional, pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend!!! great service! Didn’t even charge extra for the after hours call!

In and within 5 minutes. Prices and quality of keys are much better than walmart and or Home Depot. I’m not kidding how fast they made my keys. In the time it takes to make ONE key at Home Depot, the guy at lees knock out TEN keys with a Individual stamp!

Really bad customer service. I called to ask if they carried a certain blank for my key and the guy said he had no clue and I would have to drive down for him to see if they even had it. Makes me think they don’t have a very organized system. Woud HIGHLY reccomend finding someone else.

it is difficult to price lock work out. The company really does not have a clear picture what needs to be done until they arrive.
The prices were exorbitant. In addition to a $ 50 charge just to show up, a interior door handle was $ 50 and another $ 20 for labor. $ 70! The $ 50 was for nothing
I do have to say that the person who did the work was timely and very nice but price way too high
