If you are looking to get your body ready for summer Lanai will make it happen for you! Just after a few fun sessions with her at Swami’s I am hooked! She had a great hour planned for me which combined stretching before running stairs. carrying a 10 pound kettle bell but mixing it up with a series of squats, lunges, and arm exercises all while overlooking the ocean! Her professionalism and enthusiasm is contagious… grab some friends and get your body beach ready with a fun session with Lanai! She welcomes any fitness level and has a flexible schedule to meet your needs.

Lanai setup a really fun exercise Saturday morning at a beautiful park in Encinitas. Her energy and personality made the class really fun. It was a cool way to get in shape and make a couple of cool girls!

Lanai was timely, encouraging, passionate, lively, and knowledgeable. The class was a great mix of cardio, body weight, and partner exercises. She thoroughly thought the work out prior and came prepared for all different levels at class. She kept the class interesting and engaging. Lanai demonstrated the exercises for the class and provided great descriptions of each activity. She demonstrated strategies for all different levels and disabilities and allowed us to be adaptable for our individual needs. She also participated in the exercises as well. She was understanding of our different abilities, encouraged the group, and ensured we were feeling okay. She also provided great positive feedback and encouragement throughout the entire class. She monitored our movements and exercises to ensure they were being done correctly. The class was a great way to start the Saturday.

I found Lanai’s free (donations accepted) women only class on Facebook and joined her group online. My friend and I joined her Saturday morning in Encinitas for a work out filled with stairs, body weight exercises including work outs with a partner in the sand. She encourages any fitness level to join and being a 3 – 4 day gym attendee, I thought it would be easy enough. Man, I was feeling it after 15 min. My legs were shaking towards the end but I was feeling good! Great way to start your weekend and try out exercises you can do on your own. I recommend that anyone try her beach work outs; you’ll feel good once you do and meet some girl friends.
Ps– she’s A certified so she knows the ins and outs of personal training and can even do individual work outs and come to you.

Lanai is a great trainer. I’m so happy that she has received her certification for teaching personal training classes. She is very attentive and listens to the areas that you would like to focus on.
